elekonas I had this problem. Lucky Shot was my issue, got me down I think 6 times, I finally got the hang of the game, found his A##, punched him right in the face, and finished him with the combat finisher. His head isn't off so he aint dead yet, I'm sure I'll see him as a Warchief later in the game, which sucks cause he is ranged, but I will await the day to meet him again.

I had 6 different orcs who would constantly team up and absolutely destroy me, I would try and ambush one of them, then two of the other orcs would suddenly pop up. They were unstoppable, I can’t even decide which one of them were my true rival, they’ve all killed me so many times

There are so many things I love about this title, I never realized how well the death system works in the game until watching this video though. They handled death in a way that creates new opportunities, makes the game more challenging, and also gives more rewards in the end. Brilliant..

I love this game, but it takes time to play. It's best enjoyed for at least a couple hours at a time, otherwise I doubt you'll find it satisfying. I've really been taking my time with it, doing the side-quests to build-up my strength, and reading all the lore. I've clocked 19 hours and I'm just now about to get the branding ability! The progression (at least of your powers) feels a little slow, especially at first it can seem overwhelming. In the end, it makes for a very rewarding experience and it's one of a select few games I've given a 5/5 star rating on PSN.

KS I AC4 is literally the best AC so far (imo ofc, we are not the same). AC2 is the second best. SoM is a great game i had the opportunity to try it (an original one), i loved it, but AC's atmosphere is much better (imo again), but i don't think there is any point to compare them. 2 great games, and that's all.

unlock the blast ability , forgot what it's call but u need to do the main " yellow " mission , once u get it it became much easier , u can blast away all the swarm and it gives u a chance to finish them off , it generates every 8 sec though , so use it wisely

This game is too hard sometimes. I think the one thing that this game forces you to do that no other game has ever done, is to force you to retreat. For me personally I have to bite my tongue every time that opportunity comes because you know you have to run, victory is impossible, you just cant bring yourself to run. Its just you cant win when you're facing 5 captains and a horde of orcs.

I feel that a main thing with numbers of enemies is consoles. I played all the way through on the 360 and never had a group of more than 20, yet I am trying the graphics on the one and such, and almost right off the bat, 30-35 uruks swarmed me in a stronghold.

I sent a warlord to screw up a new captain I was having trouble dealing with. The dude was 13 and nearly impossible to kill. "______ The Clever." He was using Tomahawks or Hatches, bleeding effect. Well... I didn't expect him to one shot my favorite kill all warchief... Especially with the 7 level gap difference... Needless to say, choosing between revenge and a powerful ally is sometimes hard...

this tips help you at the beginning of the game, when the game is really interesting, and it is about killing, running, hiding, and dying.
But later on it becomes a little bit boring, later on in the game you are so overpowered that there is no need to research anything, to hide from nobody, to escape, you can annihilate a full army, and even if it sounds cool (and to be sincere it is cool the first 10 minutes) is like playing a game whit cheats on: it will be a whole lot of fun, but afte 30 minutes you will be bored.

About 10 hours in and i am loving the game so far, the combat and nemesis system are amazing ive spent hours just messing with the enemies in the world.
my only real complaint is the climbing traversal is pretty stiff compared to infamous or assassins creed

This game is very confusing because is a mix of EVERYTHING, but believe me, when you get the hang of it, you´ll say THIS SHIT IS AWESOME. I mean, looks like the world is alive, you´re just one NPC more, its like playing a complete simulation. This game i think, could have one of the highest replay values ever. The game is never gonna be the same, for example missing an arrow to the head of an orc captain can totally change the world. Kudos to creators!

These tips are useless given they are literally given to you in game. Useful information would be telling people that the captains or warchiefs they should be branding should have zero fears while having immunity to combat finishers and ranged given those make up the majority of attacks when orcs fight each other. Something else that isn't made clear in the game is that orcs in the actual world become captains they don't just generate new ones when time passes. The more you brand the higher chance there is of a branded orc to join the ranks of captain. I've seen it happen at least half a dozen times already

it is just a waste of time for me, branding captains can be multiple times as powerful as you are, the strategy is to make a branded captain a warcheif, give him tons of bodyguards and make him riot on all the others

Hey I was wondering if you guys will PLEASE cover this for me, as it has not been covered by any major gaming channels, but I have discovered that ME:SOM will not include the Nemesis System on PS3/XB360 versions. Since discovering this, I have pulled my pre-order copy of the game until I see what's really going on, of course the game is still going to be a fantastic play, but with the Nemesis System being such a big deal in how the world works and reacts to the player, I will be less enthusiastic playing through without it.
I'm just a little shook that there is no hardcore news about this on any major games news sources, and well at the least if you do make a video covering it, it will get loads of views. Just please, clear this up.

Took me some time too.
But the only time you can do an execution is when your sword glows blue, that is when your hit-streak in the upper left corner glows red.
Then press the execution button ( Im on PS4 so for me it's Triangle+Circle )

No. 6 is invalid. If you have the skill that you can kill dominated orcs (don't know its name) you can kill him after he isn't useful anymore,, therfore getting his rune.

That is my major question far as my decision whether to buy or not, I will buy if I can set it to a Hard or Expert level so I could enjoy difficult combat and a chess like game strategy from the Nemesis system. I have not seen a difficulty setting so far. However, there are various challenge modes, bonus objectives, and other miscellaneous tasks that give the game the added difficulty. I suggest buying it, the nemesis system is loads of fun to manipulate.

In order to increase your difficulty, say on a war chief, dominate a captain and send him a death threat. He will increase in power, his bodyguards will be around him and he will always be protected by a gang. Btw death threat is an ability so if u don't have it, the n u will have to wait to unlock it
