It will make even more sense when you read the lyrics to songs in LY: TEAR. Their album series often reference and “answer” each other. ITS SO PERFECTLY AND DELICATELY CRAFTED. Gosh I’m always so jealous that you get to experience this all for the first time! Lol
The Japanese albums are so special to me, they tend to focus more on the vocalists and the rap-line tend to adjust their style to a more melodic rap or even just sing (works better in the Japanese market) and it just produces such a unique style and colour that I just adore. Some of the CRAZIEST notes and vocal runs in their entire discography can be found in their discography. I also feel like while Jin had been building in skill and confidence for years and had been accelerating since Fire, this is the album where he just started coming for people’s necks and hasn’t calmed down since. He solidified into the performer he was always mean to be.
When I tell you the JAPANESE SINGLES ARE ABSOLUTE GEMS. Typically they only perform Japan singles in Japan but I would LOVE to see some of them on a setlist for a whole world tour 😩 I NEED to hear these live

Its ethereal and makes incredible use of the vocal lines full range of skills and we also get to see such a soft mellow side to the rapline. So many gems in the Japanese albums.
This album is great, I feel like the intro and outro are so well-done and so underrated too. BUT you are about to embark on an absolute legend album... a dare I say life-changing album... I am so ready
