Yesss...what's up with deflecting compliments?! I had been battling with myself for years about what to do between shutting down compliment so that I look like a humble person or smiling and saying thank but I would look like I'm full of myself. It's just hard to predict what the person on the other end would think of me. So, I decided I wouldn't be worried about them anymore and choose to smile and say thank every time someone gives me a compliment. I still don't know what they think of me but I sure know how I think of myself - definitely not negative. Thank you for your awesome video.

I don't agree with intuitive eating. ..some people eat when they are stressed out. so pretty much you're eating your feelings. I think a better way to put it was . don't deny your body what it craves do it in moderation and do it with a concious thought that the food you're going to feed it will give you energy and will be good for you in the long run. if you're used to eating junk food and you intuitive eat what your body wants you're gonna end up eating more bad food and then you're gonna feel like 💩...that's not self love lol.
Actually the reason people eat badly when they're stressed out because of how much they refrain themselves from eating what they want. So when you eat intuitively you just eat whatever you feel like and even if you just eat junk food you eventually get grossed out by fries so your body adjusts and you start eating salad. I almost never want junk food but when I feel like it I just go for it because if I tell myself not to I'll just end up eating three times the amount I would have eaten if I had just indulged. That's the way it works for me at least!
Emotional eating isn’t true intuitive eating. Intuitive eating may have an emotional component but stress eating equals disordered eating. Look into the principles behind intuitive eating and you will see that it doesn’t promote stress eating.

This was a really nice video! I didn't give much importance on loving myself until i started stanning BTS. It is really important to love yourself to have a healthy, happy life and to be there for others. But loving yourself isn't easy or an overnight process it's a journey.
