Almost made it back to beautiful Calgary if we did not find a house here in Ontario. The bidding wars here are ridiculous but did get a nice home for asking price. If we did not we were heading back to beautiful Calgary. Still coming back in a few years.

Great home tour, one question, were the floods in 2013, 2019, and also July 2021 a concern for South side homes, as these areas are in or near the flood zones?
No - in 2013, some homes, at bends in the river valley were under water, and some low lying towns south of Calgary had extensive damage. But that was known as a 100 year flood - extremely rare, and the city did a lot to try to correct the issues for the next event. 2019 and 2021 were not concerns.
