- Are people avoiding Effingham County, GA? Is it a terrible place to live or does the public have the wrong idea? In today's video we're busting some myths about Effingham County and what it's like in this more suburban/rural area outside Savannah.

@@georgiacoasthomes my daughter graduated from SCAD and thought of moving there but now that she is in Washington I'll probably end up moving there in a year or two, but I like to keep my options open and I'll continue to watch! Have fun and good luck with your channel..
Effingham County is FULL. Please stay away. The schools are all about who you know. The traffic is horrible. She is correct Effingham is growing, entirely way to much!!!!!

It's definitely growing quickly...it seems they are building a lot of new homes in small subdivisions all over Effingham County.
So there's plenty of jobs for tradesmen!
It's true they need to hire new traffic engineers to redo roadways....there's a serious problem 🥺😳🥺
To note, our schools were great because our target class size was 20 students. The new target, per the superintendent, is 29 students. So our school performance is going to continue to falter because of all the ridiculous high density housing all approved in the same corner of the county.

Live in Faulkville and love Effingham.
Marlow elementary, South Effingham middle & high schools are wonderful.

Fast food restaurants should not be counted, no chain restaurants that serve alcohol won't cross the county line. Strip malls that barely sell anything is so great. A Walmart that is 30yrs old and it looks like it WOW😢😢😢
