No gluten, legumes, seed oils, processesed foods, white potatoes (nightshade), or added sugar. Its not what you add its what you remove from your diet that matters, and how much animal based protien and fat you are getting.

Lyme and gluten etc.. may both affect the gut lining so less nutrients absorb. Coconut flakes/blueberries/lecithin/Vit B12 methylcobalamin/coenzymated B vitamins and more may help the brain/body. Garlic/onion/mushrooms may help and ozone treatment. Orthobiotic probiotic before a meal and HCl and enzymes with meals may help.
Progesterone helps bones and my myelin. Vit C/Si/protein/Zn/Mg/K and other minerals may help bones. Vit B12 methylcobalamin shot or under the tongue kind may help the brain/bones/thyroid etc..
