If a child is conceived due to rape, the rapist should be sentenced to a minimum 18.75 years in jail...long enough for the pregnancy and the child to turn 18. That way there is no custody issue. I have heard of real cases like this.

What a lousy best friend and court appointed supervisor for very wrong visitation. Rape is violence and the offenders should never be allowed around children even their own.
Even in real life the people ypu think are the closest to ypu are the ones that easily stop believing in you and betray you and bail out on you.. Best is to forgive them and never associate with them again.. Her fiance and best friend left her when she needed them the most.. She had to prove she was correct for them to open their eyes.. Not worth taking such people back into your life

The minute my friend said he went to jail for that, I would have cancelled her as a friend. When my bf blew up on me because I didn't tell him about my rape, I would have ended that relationship. When that man told me he was out to get me, oh baby we would go undergound. I would dye my hair, move overseas. All of this is NOPE for me.

This has to be one of the most riveting films I have ever seen. Incredibly frightening and intense! Found myself shaking from fear because of the brilliant performance by Loni Anderson. Really suspenseful cinematography as well as the chilling music to back it up. I can't believe they would let a convicted rapist visitation rights! This is a MUST watch flick! Thanks for the upload!!

I've always thought it was one of the worse travesties of justice that a rapist can come back and then want to play Father of the Year. I find it the same as when women get beat up, they have to leave everything they own and live in a women's shelter with their children. No matter what, it is men doing the unthinkable, and getting rewarded in the end. Custody, family home, all the couples assets...so, you get to be evil and win in this country?

Her first mistake was that she should have went to the police for him stalking her in the beginning, asap. She could have told the police she needed a restraining order because she was afraid of him because he was stalking her everywhere she went as soon as he got out of prison. Why do these movies make some not seem very smart. That would have helped her case. I'm only about 30 minutes in.and I'm already frustrated
Her first mistake?! Baby try 10th her first mistake was not dropping her friend after she questioned a main going to prision for SA and her BF for blowing up at her about her past.
This is only possible in such a crazy justice system like in USA - how could possibly one rapist get right to see the child that he violently and trough a brutal act conceived?!
