I can't agree with this. Been with my missus for 12 years, from the age of 20 to 32, and she has made me into a better man, but also I have made her into a better woman.
You just need to find someone who is willing to invest in you, be it man or woman, find someone who you are willing to invest your time and effort into, and find someone who is willing to invest their own time and effort in to you.

Most of these seem fake. Calling yourself "alpha" while treating someone disrespectful is in fact the opposite of "alpha". It's okay to reject people even when you are not in a relationship. It's also unnecessary to fabricate lame excuses when you are not interested in someone, as there will always be a "comeback" argument that you'll have to defend. A simple, "I don't give out my info, sorry!", or "I'm currently off the market as I've decided to stay single for a while". Telling a girl that you're only interested in black, blonde, muscular, thick, skinny, etc.., will only make her self-conscious, and possibly harder to get rid of.
Even if she's unattractive, she should be given praise, told she's beautiful, then give her your buddy's info and send her on her way!

I can’t imagine rejecting a girl like that. I had a woman try and pick me up once in my life. I was so shocked I told her I appreciate her approaching me but I’m not able to talk ATM.
