This is a great format for chess videos :) would suggest taking a look at Ben Finegold's videos on saint louis chess club's youtube channel as well as yassar seirawan, and jonathan schrantz's videos on the same chess club's channel, they have some fairly interesting ideas that they didnt wholly finish exploring, which you could pick up and finish off

I can't believe you actually got that first queen sacrifice in one of your games. That one is right out of my beautiful checkmates study on lichess. So jealous.

its possible Lichess used that game for the position study

I recently found you and your channel, and I must say that this is perhaps the simplest to grasp.
The moves that you have illustrated are quite unique, and as I have to learn to expect from you, very well thought through and with hidden paths that only become evident while your opponent is celebrating their small victories.
I wish you the very best, and would love to see you and your channel grow to the heights you deserve.

It's amazing how you found the first sacrifice, it wasn't easy for me to find at all, even when I knew it supposed to be somewhere. How much time did you spend on moves?

The last example reminded me very much of Anatoly Karpov - Valery Salov, Linares 1993 he saced the queen on g6 and then swung his rook over to the h file with unstoppable mate. In the second example I saw Bf2+ but after Kh2 I didn't see mate so because I thought these were forced mates I kept looking. It is winning as we play queen takes rook ,still retain the attack, and I think we win the knight as we can pin it to the king with Re2 after the rook takes bishop and we exchange or if knight takes bishop.

The audio seemed to be ahead of the video, but I still managed to enjoy the beauty of the sacrifices. I just couldn't attempt to play along -and miss at least 3 of the sacrifices- with them out of sync.

I thought Queen G3 but it would only work if the pawn takes
He can just not take the queen and take your other pieces

I like this format though you should do something useful like a queen sacrifice in a e.g: a certain opening because it's quite hard to get the position. I get the example and too look for checks and sacrifices . NICE VIDEO

this video and your suggestions to look for good sacs is great. but im gonna stick with what ben finegold says, "i sacrifice my queen all the time. sometimes it works"

You rule Gauri. Looking forward to more music as well. Do enjoy Fairport Convention/Richard and Linda Thompson? Loved your Mac cover, and you’d probably like them if not. A bit folkier and avant, but lots of the same beautiful harmonies. Not much piano but would be easy to cover on piano.

Also, first one is so nice. It feels very intuitive…rare pattern (at least in this amateur’s experience).

The second puzzle i think doesnt work if the opponent decides to take with the knight rather than the rook first
But i believe the move should be A2check and then the queen and the rook on A6 come to play
