I like that it's a 7 bedroom And that it has a Pool House. I like that mammoth of a Kitchen Countertop_ it's sick I like the backyard space But the exterior finishing could have been better though, yeah it's a farmhouse style but we're not in Kansas, It excessively let's off this mid-century vibe which I'm not a huge fan of, would had totally loved more glass features. Maybe it's due to the dark finished interior spaces but for some reasons, I always found myself wishing the house was a little brighter than it was. I've always wondered why most L.A mansions don't feature a real study/office space, you'd always have to sacrifice a full bedroom if you wish to have an office space, not cool. It'll be perfect to see more Realistically Attainable Mansions ($3-5m) which has enough bedrooms for the parents, 3 children, a maid and a guest = 6 bedrooms, of course with a dedicated study, a laundry room, a gym, swimming pool with gazebo and a 2 room service quarters.
This house is AWESOME! Its what I deem, a "normal" home in Cally. I mean I still need a miracle to afford it but, unlike some of the other Cally homes STARTING at 10M, its pretty normal. Love it!
This house is Beautiful, loving the rooms and Bathroom with wallpapers that was imported from Italy. Love the long centre island...biggest I've seen in a house. I love the backyard with the pool...esp.. The pool house that u can make any type of room you want! This channel is a great reference for amazing houses within your budget. Who knows that affordable amazing houses exist out there, but they do. They really do. P.S.: Tens to hundreds of millions USD houses are overrated. Just saying.
