My 3.5 round wide is my mussels vessel. It's a true risotto. I gave my cousin one of my santuses. I consider it a perfect size for sides! The braiser is my go to for protein and quick one pot meals. I ❤ your videos. So informative.

I feel like I need an "in between" pot and the sautuce might be a good choice. I do have the 3.5 braiser, but I'd like something that is not dutch oven size and has more depth. Thanks for the video.

Yes, I totally agree, something that is right in between but with more depth.sounds perfect!

I was thinking the same thing especially when paired side by side!

I have both, so no question here, but questions I've seen include how the sautuese differs from a regular DO (so wider base and slightly sloped sides) and just how slopes it is, etc. Great video, but if I might make one tiny suggestion, it would be to take the lids off. I think it would have been much clearer to be able to see the slope and height of each pot that way. But I don't make videos, so maybe that's not a good option, I wouldn't know. You' know I love your videos! By the way, I have the 3.5 qt round wide, which I feel is more of what people expect the sautuese to be (I did). That is one of my most used pots.

Aww thanks for the suggestion @raggs, I was rushing today so I apologize, I did not even think about taking the lids off. Also, I was wondering if the person just wanted to see them side by side.....I wasn't quite sure, so I was hoping in the comments others would be able to offer helpful suggestions just in case the person who requested the video comes back and hopefully reads all of this as well, lol
