Ive had that its horrid and also i have a suny tassimo model the water tanks at the back you think its worth swooping it for this one as the water tank is hard work taking it from the back all the time and its a lot thiner
Use two cups or one very big mug to use up the chocolate left in pod. Just push hot water button and run for 3rd of mug. It cleans out all that wasted chocolate and you can top up your drink. To stop water just hit that button again.

Pressing the button without a pod present does not heat up the water! The water heats up instantly as the drink is prepared from cold

The only complaint I have with Tassimo is the amount of packaging they use. ☹️
At least yopu can now recycle the pods by post free.
