Meg lied about her sexual relationship with Tory but she always maintained that she was shot and that he was the individual responsible.
The fact defense only had 3-4 pieces of evidence (which were social media post) while the prosecution submitted almost 50 shows how his team thought the jury cared about the online drama and mess. I wasn’t expecting all 3 (since the jury requested definitions on intent & purposefully) but, he wasn’t getting off. Y’all think everyday people sit around watching the shade room. This wasn’t about the IG post, who Meg fucked, or any of that shit only who shot Meg. This case really shows how dense our community can be sometimes

The prosecution just has to convince a jury that something is reasonably true. Obviously the jury found enough connections to believe it was reasonably true that Tory shot Megan.

The prosecution, and the Los Angeles police department, completely botched this case from a legal standpoint. The actual evidence/witnesses, only really proved that there was more reasonable doubt than anything else….but like I said, if a person’s mind is made up, then there’s nothing you can tell them, or show them. Also, there WAS a lot of evidence pointing towards heavy involvement/swaying of narratives from Miss Pete’s team. All around, this was not justice served, this was an abuse of it. #myopinion
