I simply stepped on a nail at home, nail literally penetrated the bottom of my foot and I had to pull my foot off of it. It took me damn near a month to get feeling back and I literally had to damn near learn how to walk all over again after it. No matter how much I tried everyday my nerves were completely fucked up. Ain’t no way she got shot and she’s able to get on stage and perform the next day or however soon it was. Noooo way

But let’s keep it real she’s only using the verbiage “I was shot” because she’s a woman and she’ll get sympathy. I don’t believe that not a single thing happened to her foot at all. But she most likely has shrapnel damage or damage from fragments but if you say “you SHOT” me it sounds so much more grandiose. I highly doubt that a gun was aimed at her foot and a bullet struck her foot first without hitting anything else first. A doctors report wouldn’t even say they pulled out “fragments” they would simply say victim had a gunshot wound if that’s actually what it was

Regardless the time he got I've seen murders get that time. They did him dirty. But he did reject the plea deal and when you reject that and go to trial as your right to do so they almost punish you for making them spend time on the trial. Justice system is highly flawed. He ain't deserve 10 for sure.

I got shot in the ankle and foot. Both apparently hit and bounced off bone on their way out. I walked out the hospital that night. Its not that deep bullets do crazy shit
It all comes down to caliber and ammunition type, you probably got it with target ammo and not self defense round. Self defense round like a hollow point or rip round will fragment or "flower" when they hit bone and cause a lot of damage.

I think Kelsey had the gun doing whatever and it went off and Megan got hit, but she didn’t directly get shot. If she got shot directly then there would be significantly more damage than what she had. A foot is small and full of bones, being shot in the foot and your foot being hit leaves two very distinguishable injuries
