Dude thank you so much I'm a gearhead but I pulled my four-wheeler apart a month ago and my job hit real hard extra hours so I needed something to kick my memory
Well you have to take the differential apart and that would be another video. I do have a video of that but it on a 300 Kawasaki Bayou. Go to this link to see the Suzuki LT-4WD differential break down. www.ronniesmailorder.com/oemparts/a/suz/50d0b15cf870022c2c536431/differential-gear
Hey, I am currently trying to get my rear break drum apart but there is 5 Allen key screws that will not come off, would you know how to get them off so I can get the bearing out?
My bike is 1997 king quad, I've put new bearings in and when I put the stud plate into the bearings it won't go all the way home leaving a 5 to 10mm + gap towards the brake drum housing and seal? What do you think is wrong here please?
So I took it to the shop and to my surprise a small ring of the old bearing had sheared off at stayed I side the housing! I couldn't see it but once it was removed and shown to me I was amazed and pleased it could be sorted! Cheers
So I installed the bearing using another video. I installed it correctly however, I forget to put grease on the space. Is that going to be a problem or no? First time doing it so please don’t beat me up too much.
The bearing part # is 09262-32008 and the Seal or dust cover part # is 09238-40018 You can go to Ronniesmailorder.com and find any part you need for this and other ATV's
Also the back seal dust cover part # is 09283-40019 both inner and outer bearings are the same. If you take your bearings and seals to a place that sells bearings they will match them up at a cheaper cost.

It has to be centered and you might have to tap it in and is the bearings all the way in?
