Thank You for sharing your stories. It took over 30 doctors. PCP,Cardiologist,Neurologist,Ear,Nose, and throat doctors. I went to many natural and functional medicine doctors. Chriropractors, eye doctor,Keneoligist,Vestibular doctors, Acupuncture, upper cervical chiropractor. This is a small list of many places I went for answers. I woke up one day with lightheadedness, dizziness,Vertigo, palpitations, panic attacks and my heart raising . Doctors would not believe me because I looked normal. I was told I was anxious that it was pots, vestibular migraines. After 5 years of horrific battles internally and with the medical systems. I took matters into my own hands found yet another functional medicine doctor. It was there that I got re tested for Lyme. First test was negative. Second test Positive. I found a Lyme specialist now getting treatment for lime with Lyme laser therapy. Hopefully I will see I will se benefits and improvements. God bless everyone with this condition and never loose hope. We have been wonderfully made!

It took doctors THREE YEARS to diagnose me with Lyme. Getting diagnosed and receiving timely treatment is insane. Even in endemic areas, if you don’t have the rash or “positive” test it’s insane.

Thank you for continuing to talk about Lyme Disease. I have been sick for 13 out of the 15 years of my life. Now I'm confined to a wheelchair but I'm working on treatment. We need a cure for this horrific disease. It took away my childhood and life, and it has ruined many people's lives as well.

Extending a heartfelt thank you for your outstanding journalism that highlights the very real challenges Lyme Disease patients face each day. Working together, we will bring about much needed awareness and acceptance of chronic Lyme Disease.

I am glad awareness is being recognized, I have a friend with Lyme disease. It's good to know that people are being educated.

I had the infamous red bull's eye twice & yet my health care professionals ran the Eliza blood test which came back negative & refused any treatment when the test was negative. When I mentioned that this test has proven to have many false-negatives, I got reprimanded for questioning them. In fact it was almost like, "How dare you question my authority & expertise" & "I think it's time you found yourself another family doctor". I finally realized that here in Canada, you need to become your own advocate. When I requested the other blood tests, I got refused. We use the Eliza test here in Canada! When you told them about your own personal research, it seemed to intimidate them. Finally I got a doctor who came from the UK, thinking they may be more open-minded, but it turned out to be the same attitudes that prevailed. They cannot get rid of you fast enough. So many Canadians have been refused treatment they so desperately need because our doctors refuse to have their diagnonses challenged. And when you request the other blood tests for Lymes, you get refused & labeled a trouble-maker.

Still looking for a cure for my son. He has had Lyme disease. . .Chronic Lyme for 22 years. It's time to find a cure! Many people are suffering with the disease and each new doctor gives the patient false hope. A hope for a new, strong antibiotic is foremost.

The problem with social media is that there is a disparate amount of opinions. And if one person doesn't like your opinion, more add to the dislike of it. I've left groups before. I don't think Facebook is a good source to talk about issues. Certainly not to talk about an issue I've had for 14 years. That's how it works now. Conform or leave. I will not conform.

I had Lyme Disease for five years (2000-2005). In the summer of 2000 I got bitten by a deer tick and it gave me Lyme Disease. It bit me on my right inner bicep about three inches below my armpit. When I pulled the tick off he spat in my skin and it left a target bruise. The next day I went to my doctor and when he saw the target bruise he yelled "Damn! You have Lyme Disease!" He gave me an antibiotic shot and a prescription for the strongest antibiotic known to man (his words). After about three weeks I quit taking the antibiotic pills because they made me so sick at my stomach that I couldn't stand it. Along about that time I found out about the Hulda Clark zapper so I bought one and I used it to keep the Lyme Disease in remission. But when the symptoms would abate I'd stop using it. Then a couple of months later the symptoms would return, so I'd start using it again, and so on. I went back and forth like that for five years. But gradually the symptoms were getting worse.
Then in the summer of 2005 a friend told me about the hydrogen peroxide cure for cancer and he suggested that I try it to see if it would kill the Lyme Disease. I was a little scared to try it, but I was feeling so shitty that I was willing to try anything. I did the three week procedure and it completely killed the Lyme Disease, and it never returned (doctors say that cancer is curable but that Lyme Disease is incurable. I proved them wrong about the Lyme Disease). The hydrogen peroxide cure for cancer will kill just about any disease (including AIDS). The only disease I know of that it won't kill is herpes, because herpes mixes with your DNA and becomes a part of you (so that in order to kill it you'd have to kill yourself). The procedure I followed is at this link:
    www.hps-online.com/hoxy.htm
I bought a pint bottle of the 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide at a healthfood store in Huntsville Alabama (Nature's Apothecary). You can probably find it at any big healthfood store. The brand I bought was Oxy-Tech brand, made by Eagle Enterprises in Whitney Texas. They have a website. So if you can't find it at a healthfood store you can order it online from them. I bought the Hulda Clark zapper from Tools For Healing in Chattanooga Tennessee. They have a website. There are several UA-cam videos telling about zappers and how to use one. If I was going to buy another zapper I'd buy the one with the gold plated contacts because you don't have to clean them before each use (the copper contacts get tarnished by your sweat and have to be cleaned off before each use). Tools For Healing has some pretty good info about zappers. There have been some testimonies by people who said that they killed their Lyme Disease with a zapper, but that they had to have it in contact with their skin all day and all night for a month. The zapper will also kill all of your intestinal parasites if you use it for a month like that. I think you may have to replace the battery after two weeks.

You're absolutely right. Plum Island, the bio weapons research center, sits a mere miles off of Old Lyme, CT. It got out. Either accidentally or on purpose, but not telling Americans is wrong. I'm continuing to do research on it.

It's not that Lyme is chronic, its the co-infections that are in the body in addition to Lyme. Other things besides antibiotics are needed. Lyme is one thing, the co-infections are another thing...2 separate issues.

My Lyne put my PTH up to 144 Even my podiatrist knew that that elevation flagged a TIA or storke.
