I love that you go to church!!!! And when you come home you cook and you bring home people are blessed to come over for lunch. I would do that after church I would always have people always would come over all my kids friends would come over and they knew I would have dinner ready and their mom would not cook on sunday because I don't know... they worked all week so they were tired so they would sleep after church.I did also after my kids would help me clean up.But if I didn't take that nap I was so tired all week!! and wevv would go back at night and I could stay awake then also!! So thank you for showing me how to mae this!!!

Here I am, trying to force myself to look at the healthiest recipes and take control of my diet. Then I see one of your videos, then another pops up a bit later, and I'm done. Sod the super healthy stuff, it's getting cold and dark and I tend to get S.A.D. when that happens. And this is still pretty healthy too. Now it's comfort food all the way, until the sun comes back. Looks good ma'm , I use my crockpot all the at least once a week, I cook dry beans maybe a pork loin when thy are on special, I have made chili , enchiladas , just what ever you can cook in an oven or on the stove. Thx

Delicious, I cooked pork lion with yellow potatoes, I used olive oil, onions, clove garlic, salt pepper, lemon pepper, I put potatoes in first then some oil, then chops on top, layered it with season and onions, then dumped ranch dressing on top, when I set the chop on the plate I layered pepper jack on top, it's similar but not this, im gonna try this, God bless

She's prescious and definitely making this .
I tried this yesterday and my pork chops came out very delicious, but my potatoes never cooked. I only had 4 pork chops so I added about a 1/2 cup of water, the same water/chicken stock I used to marinate my pork. I put it on high for 2.5 hours and the pork was at temp and starting to become too soft so I picked the potatoes off and baked them for another 35min before they were ready to eat. I might put my potatoes on the bottom next time, then pork then onion...
V N yes potatoes almost always go in first IDK why people don't
Rule of thumb: Veggies that grow under ground go under the meat.
I always put potatoes and carrots (if called for) under my meat. If meat doesn't take long I will start my root veggies on high for a couple of hours before I add meat and lower the heat. Never faiked me

That looks incredibly delicious. When I make chops in my crock pot, I usually put the potatoes and veg in first, then lay the marinated chops on top of the veg. I usually squirt in some bbq sauce, and some gravy granules. I never thought to add cheese.

It looked delicious wish there could really smell a vision. I love to cook comfort food just like my Mom and Grandmother's taught Me. Would love the chance to meet you and cook along side of you myself. I am from Northwest Louisiana. From the Bossier and Desoto area's. I grew up on working in my parent's gardens and they were huge we had about five of them between my parent's and one of my grandma's. We also had fruit and but tree's and chicken's we raised. We as a family worked in the field's a lot but it was a blessing for sure. We were a poor white family but we traded what we had with are neighbor's. They owned Ranches and Dairy Farm's. Just what I was looking for. I have pork chops, onions and taters. It looks delicious on your plate and hopefully I can do justice to your recipe. Thanks for the advice on reducing amounts for a smaller batch of pork chops. I will be making this today.
