  • The COVID-19 pandemic has been stressful -- with people losing loved ones and livelihoods, as well as facing the stresses of everyday life. Some have equated the feeling of getting sick with the virus, or even just living through the pandemic, to PTSD. We talk to Dr. Joan Cook, a renowned Yale psychiatrist who studies PTSD about this phenomenon, the pandemic and tips and tricks to take back your personal power.
