- 80's teen star Tiffany is still on the road singing her hits ... but her latest show in Florida struck a sour note between the singer and her fans.
Tiffany was onstage Sunday night in Melbourne, FL with her band, belting out a few tunes including her hugely successful "I Think We're Alone Now." You can hear Tiffany struggle with a few notes, but fans help her out -- singing along word for word.

Props to the guitarist playing like this is the most important gig ever
It’s freaking hilarious. Strumming away like a champ like everything is fine
Lol. He shakes his head a bit at the end like wtf.
😆😆😆😆😆
The gig you're currently playing is the most important gig
So true. He knows the money’s with her. He don’t care if she’s making a fool out of herself as long as he’s getting paid. In advance of course😂😂😂
I can finally say I can sing just like Tiffany!
Bwuaaahaaahaaaha!!!!!
I do better than her singing in the sh ower😂
😂
Hahahaha 😂 😂😂😂
No one likes a bragger.
THAT… is when you know you’re in the presence of an EXCEPTIONAL guitarist!! 👏🙌 Well done, sir!!
“This is my hit!”
Ma’am, it’s a cover of a song that was already a hit 20 years before you recorded it.
Well it was a hit for her so.....
@@rodinowright6591 Well, it’s not like she wrote it, so…
That level of drunken attitude for a cover just isn’t warranted.
@@discocub Whitney didn't write " I will always love you." But that was her biggest hit.
@@rodinowright6591 Comparing Whitney and Tiffany is one hell of a reach. I hope you stretched first. If you think her attitude is warranted, then support her all you want. No skin off my back. 🤷🏼♂️
And Elvis never wrote one song himself, but at least he could sing. Tiffany is just appalling!!!
The guitarist is committed and focused
Probably cuz he wants to hurry up and get the hell outta there.
Professional musicians know you gotta take it seriously 100% of the time, that's what you're paid for. Reminds me of the Ashlee Simpson set where she got caught lip syncing on SNL, and as she walked off the set the whole band just kept chugging along like nothing happened lol.
He was being *paid* to play guitar regardless of the singer's effort.
Very focused props! To him
Omg I love Tiffany but this is not a blowout 😳 she's drunk🙄
We’re all old now. And she’s definitely had some cocktails. 🥂

If you're going to a Tiffany concert in 2021, this is about as entertaining as you can hope for...
Omg that is sad. I grew up in the 90s listening to Tiffany's music
I saw her sing just a few months ago, my mom dragged me to it... she's just drunk or on pills here. She can still sing great for what she is, it's not my type of music per se, but her voice sounds great still. This was just a bad night.
i figured
Bad night for those cheeseburgers too
She's always like this. She's a drunk now and is losing all her money, so she thinks she can get back up on stage and act like a teeny bopper only to just make a fool of herself!
Yea can tell she sounded drunk.
You can't be serious by saying she still can sing unless you don't want to hurt her feelings lol. She won't see your comment. I love Tiffany going up in the 90s. She sound like 💩 on here drunk or not. I'm being honest.
“THIS IS MY HIT!”
Tommy James would like a word
Lol I was thinking the same thing
To be fair, it’s her hit, too. It’s on her Greatest Hit album.
@@crusheverything4449 She just sang a medley of her greatest hit.
Tommy James version wasnt as good but that's cause back in the day pop music sounded like fast food jingles.
@@clarkem4119 - That quote belongs to Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy, who used to introduce The Boys Are Back In Town that way.
Yeah, she's DEFINATELY intoxicated. She's so intoxicated that she has no business on stage for her own safety. So sad.

Yep😶
Yea. Check out her beer belly.
oh yea dude, thats the first time somebodies ever had some drinks and gotten on a stage. people die from that daily
@@DrummerJacob 🤣
I have worked with Tiffany in the past couple years and heard her sing live several times.. She usually sounds amazing! I can guarantee that this was just an off night for her .. She was also a really nice person. I am sure most of us would not like to have our whole lives judged by one bad day, and she doesn’t deserve to be judged that way either. x
It's like some people can't understand that.
Musicians are people. People have off days all the time.

He went down swinging that's for sure
He's a pro no doubt. When you're stuck in a situation like that, you just play for yourself and get the job done. I can only imagine what he was thinking tho'.
He's part of her problem. I think her current band has been a bad influence on her.
Homeboy probably has bills to pay or he's tryna get that PS5 or XBOX series X. LOL
As the malls around the country disappear, so does Tiffany's talent. They're forever tied together.

We're alright......we're ok. Phew!....🤪
Completely agree. My sixty-nine year-old body does not look near as bad. The Ogden Mall is rolling over in its grave...
Not even like ten or so years ago she was in a Syfy movie and looked...like herself. Yikes.
I saw her last year. Her voice was still PERFECT. So what if her voice was gone, for one night?
It is a bit more then "her voice is gone" I don't know what she was doing, but she sure is under the influence of something on the night this was filmed...
she was drunk in this performance i think
Sometimes it’s hard to know when to quit. There are countless musical artists that just can’t cut it anymore, but they haven’t realized it yet. I’m aware that Tiffany is part of the “nostalgia circuit”. But when you’re drunk and/or strung out, and your singing is so bad that it’s painful to listen to, it’s time to put down the mic and go home.
It's more about needing the money.
And they blam the music industry for the reason they get all this face work done its comments like yours her voice isnt gone shes just to drunk instead of saying she needs to just stop sining for ever people to be more incouraging to tell her to get some help then try to make a comeback
*coughRollingStonescough*
If people pay to see it, they must enjoy it.
She was doing shows recently before this one, and sounded fine.
For her, it was the day after the mall video was shot.
As a singer myself, for over 40 years, I've had a night or two like this. I just wanted to crawl under a rock but just plugged away until it was over. Now days, I just cancel the gig if I know I'm gonna suck. I also learned a long time ago that getting wasted and trying to sing is never a good combination.
I think I was at one of your performances. I'm the guy that threw that whiskey glass at you.
@@beezertwelvewashingbeard8703 ohhhh - haha - you're a funny guy

@@RobDucharme When life gives you lemons, make lemon drops
We used to have this horrible drummer. He could barely play sober. When he drank? Well, he was john fuckin Bonham, Neal Peart and Tommy Lee all rolled up into one, baby!! At least he thought he was. We played this show once, and his tempos were all over the place, his playing was sloppy and was just overall ...bad. The kicker was that after the show he was commenting about how good he played. I was like..."Corey my god you fuckin sucked!" Fortunately I had video. He watched it and said, "Man, I didn't play very well did I?" The only time he ever admitted that he didn't play well. We had to prove it to him. A drink can take an edge off, but 10 can grind the edge down to a nub.
The hilarious thing is when she says, “this is MY HIT!”. It’s actually a cover. Not her song at all. It was famous long before Tiffany. Ritchie Cordell wrote it and Tommy James and the Shondells made it famous in 1967.
Man I had the biggest crush on her when I was a kid and I still watch that 80s video I think we are alone now and am always blown away by her beauty. Definitely one of my nostalgic songs but she is just sad in this video

I sang back up for her once when we did this song kind of New Wave style at a club in Echo Park, probably in 2004 or so. She sounded fantastic. Nothing like this. And she was super nice. This is definitely not indicative of her true singing ability.
I sang back up for Barney once. "Clean up, clean up. Everybody do your share." He was a nasty dinosaur. Attacked all of us. I was in a barber shop quartet and we called ourselves the Barney Shop Quartet. He didn't like that at all. He did lines of cocaine in his dressing room before the show.

Oh, man. While I was never a fan (she was doing her mall tours right after I first discovered punk rock in the late 80s), I can safely say "I have been there." Life on the road and/or as a performer is tough at any age, which is why so many of us turn to substances to dial down the near-constant anxiety. I fronted a band for 15 years and, once, did a show completely schnockered. My bandmates were furious -- rightly so -- so I never did it again, but that was in the age before Smartphones. Had somebody caught that on video I would be in exactly the same position as Tiffany. We all have our moments; this was clearly one of hers. Leave the poor lady alone (now)!

I grew up in the 80S, LOVED Tiffany, Debbie Gibson, NKOTB (who actually got their start by opening for Tiffany)... This video just made me sad. I feel bad for her, and there's nothing worse than hecklers... If you see someone struggling, it's not as if they are unaware that they are struggling. People don't need to shame them, make fun of them and kick them while they're down. I'll never understand how people can be so awful and mean. I feel so bad for her, she is CLEARLY not well or in any state of mind to be performing. Her manager and entire team should be fired for allowing her to go on stage in that condition.
Maybe people paid for this concert and if she had no buisness charging people for this performance?
Well said. Wtf were her managers thinking. They are obviously fucked up themselves or just dont have her best interests. And either way is a sad situation😰😰

Its so crazy how fast time moves, some people try to hide it or even hide. We really as people do not have a lot of time, so when people waste our time, its the worst thing in the world. Tiffany did great, she is an example of someone who had minimal issue with her time, she was young positive and energetic and her energy from 1987, 34 years ago when she was 16 years old , catapulted us all here to see this video. She did nothing wrong in this video, time takes a toll on us all, so when we are young we have to be what she was filled with. energy positivity without doubt and fear, and we cannot waste time or be around those who waste our time, like these tech corps do to us. In 1987 no one would have even known of this performance, we live in an era wherein these companies get paid for downing people, so they try to find any and everything they can about anyone who achieved the slightest of success in life, in order to hurt them so they can profit from that hurt. These people love to see people fail and hurt and unfortunately a lot of people are consumers of hate, and they want their product a few times everyday. As its supplied to them, achievements like what Tiffany achieved in 1987 become harder and harder to achieve, because the slightest notion or sign of success is immediately greeted with absolute negativity now. The US has turned from being a Mecca of creativity and embrace into an anchor of hate and ridicule.
Time has nothing to do with it. Booze and or drugs is only explanation
