Eyeshield 21 is actually a super good one too!!! I honestly could introduce so many more good anime/manga other than the ones I showed in the video 😆lol
I have the first volume of Bleach and all the kanji have furigana. The grammar is so different, though, I can't just read it with a dictionary. I've taken two classes, but it just takes work and time to get there.
Thanks Max for the recommendation. A bit disappointed to see Doraemon gets only 3/5 on the fun scale. I think it’s as much fun as One Piece. I’m in my 50s and still loving it. It’s all good though. 😊

Ohaiyo Max. Recently following your channel, the episode on "Counting In Japanese" was like "subarashi"! All the other titles (manga) and anime (series) I know of but...a few other "nihongo" channel mentioned "Naruto" of not being suitable (heard the anime using bad grammer, etc & was not recommended as learning resource...did'nt hear much on the manga, if was it was good or bad with learning Japanese). So do you disagree and why would Naruto manga / anime would be good, great in learning "nihongo"? Your thoughts, sensei Max-san! Arigatou!
Thank you for your support :) I’m not really sure why other Japanese channels would say that Naruto isn’t a good source for learning Japanese, to be honest. All manga/anime of course have somewhat “broken” or “grammatically incorrect” aspects in their speech. But, most of them which are set in modern times (I mean, not-so-long-ago eras) would be totally fine. You still need to be careful of knowing and understanding what sounds too “anime-y” or too dramatic in daily-life situations, but still, I think Naruto is awesome as manga/anime and as a learning resource!
