I have taken to documenting my story as an innocent person who has been slandered,libeled,defamed,and dehumanized. I would rather tell THE TRUTH than have someone tell lies. My dad were slandered by a company that he worked for. He couldn't prove it. He never even been to court. He thinks he's gonna get a call any day now confirming his court date. It's been six years he even hired a lawyer. Who he hasn't talked to in 5 1/2 years. He will never have his case heard. He has 0 evidence it happened and It never did any financial damage. He still thinks a court date is on the process of the making.
Is there anyone that can explain it to him? Maybe make a plea to a judge to come by or call him. If that sounds ludicrous, it’s really not. Or ur state has a legal questions website. U can ask questions and active attorneys will answer. Maybe seeing a printed response would help. I’m just thinking for his mental health

Some of the worst defamation and libel cases encountered, in terms of gravity of the commission, involved health authorities weaponising their service by removing/falsifying/publicising an individual’s medical records in order to cause maximum reputational financial damage.
Where the plaintiff is non-white and female with an Arabic surname; the assumption made by the defendant, (health authority/council) is that the courts would never believe, let alone rule in favour of the “foreign” plaintiff. Sadly this is often the case in UK courts, particularly given the impact of BREXIT and subsequent politics of race and immigration.
In England; one need only claim the foreign plaintiff is not of sound mind in order to discredit/invalidate police reports/personal accounts/witness statements.

I hope that you can give me some guidance in regards to a particular situation that I think would fall under "defamation of character". I had an assistant manager from Walmart accuse me of basically returning stuff without receipt and made remarks that's suggested as if I was stealing the item and returning them (his remark was he was protecting the Integrity of Walmart). He never checked my license or anything, he just made these allegations and assumptions, then realized that he had me confused with someone else!!! But, by then so much haf already transpired and he said some really insulting words that affected me tremendously. I spend so much money at that place, I just could not believe the way I was being treated..I ended up having a panic attack due to is insults/ allegations. I felt embarrassed because there about 7-8 people behind in the line that witnessed all of this. I immediately called the corporate office to try to file a complaint, but instead the store manager called to try to do damage control. She stated that they would do an investigation, apologized and basically that was end of it. But, what about the embarrassment and being wrongly accused of something that I've never done in my life?!!! It has really affected me and I do have portion of it recorded on my phone (and by the way one of his co-workers tried to snatch my phone away from me and tell me I didn't have the right to record a Walmart even though I was being harassed to). He also made a racist remark which my friend was there and she heard it. When I explained everything to the store manager, she said that she was in complete shock and she had never heard of an employee acting this way (and she's been with the company for 16 years). I'm not necessarily looking for anything out of the situation except for this person to be liable for his actions!!! He was extremely out of line and made comments based on zero proof, bad memory and he was probably having a bad day and just ended up taking it out on me. There's so much more to this, it's almost unreal ): that something like this could happen. I don't know if I should seek legal action because it has affected me on an emotional leave. I ended up having to call my doctor because my heart rate was 115 after the incident because I was so upset. And another thing while I was there I asked him if I could please talk to a different manager and he told me that he was the only one there and refused to get someone else to help. He also refused to provide me the store manager's name and told me that I need to look on the receipts and find information myself. and same for the corporate manager he told me that he didn't have his phone number and I had to ask him three times for his name before he finally gave me the info. Another assistant manager ended up calling me afterwards and she felt so bad she ended up giving her cell phone number and asked me to come back to return the items (which I have the receipts for I just didn't have it with me at the time). I didn't even think it was a big deal because I never returned anything without a receipt!!! I don't know what his motive was, but I keep having flashbacks of the situation and it's just aweful!!!

About 10 years ago everyone that I knew started lying to me and disappeared people who I didn't know told me it was because they stole my money after looking into it this is pretty much what I found.

The DA called me crazy. The DA Robert stated that he would not help me before I ever met him or ever called that office about the perjury and obstruction of justice. The DA defamation costs me millions in having people work with me with my books, my movies, my poems, and my job. The DA Robert and Andre Rochon caused my family to be separated by not prosecuting the intentional false filing. The DA Robert continued knowingly and very aware to violate my legal advice from my SEVERAL Attorneys and remove trespassers because they falsely placed another name on my home. This DA had no doubt I was being honest because I was the only one who complied. The other party NEVER complied. My question is can I have this DA arrested for his aggressive intimidation and does the City Attorney have to acknowledge that slander of that DA in my claim with the City?

Can you please advise. If professional executors have not carried out their duty of care, executed a will that the police beleive to be invalid and allowed one beneficiary to take most of the estate undeclared. What might be the position be re me 'broadcasting' this. The executors have refused transparency and accountability, their regulatory bodies have protected them, even the probate court is not following normal procedure in this matter. When I took Kotis Properties to the Guilford County Courthouse they all showed-up for civil cases they could have never attended; they told the court that I was the biggest piece of shit that ever lived, that I tried to sexually assault someone in broad daylight among other claims, some of the persons that attended were people I thought I knew for years, most I did not know. What I do now is that people charged with trespassing and other offenses are the least of society's worries, they keep the system moving while the people who put them there are the system.
How is it possible to overcome that which everyone refuses to acknowledge

A women at my job accused me of stealing 600 dollars and her credit card,she told the police in a statement that she fasly accused me of the crime to the police. My question is related to information from another similar video not really this one. Is it true that it's legal as long as all join in together (reputation) to hurt (damage reputation and career) an individual? Reputation of a person is slightly damaged (due to misjudgment and jealousy, so on) so let's join in and hurt this person even more (greater magnitude to ruin life not only reputation) based on their reputation. Think reputation of a quiet and introverted person (misjudgment and so on) with other unique characteristics intertwined.

Defamation comes under torts law and in torts law justice is always met by compensation. Also this is one of the important differences between "Tort and Crime".
So if the the so-called defamatory statement is not of public concern and the person is a not a public figure who has to prove that the statement is true or false..?

Shouldn't it be obvious if it becomes too complicated. It really should be simple unless attempts to hide guilt and wrongdoing, and protect actions of malice. It should be so obvious but for some reason not.
Say for instance witness of measures to deflect and transfer cause of damage to a person, for one point in case, to help said person. One way so-called helping is to advise person to leave the past in the past, well in actuality have done and trying to, but they're (whoever it concerns) the ones bringing it up.... an example that should be so obvious to an onlooker but for some reason not.
