2cups yellow corn meal
1/2cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp sugar
2 cups buttermilk
4oz cream cheese
3 slices of bacon fired and crumbled
1/2cup chopped onion
4 jalapeno peppers chopped
1-16 1/2 oz can of cream-style corn
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 cup hot water
1 stick unsalted butter
400degrees for 25-30mins
