It was Biden and his administration that has fought the settlement for the past three years. It was also Biden’s appointed Supreme Court Justice that voted with the majority in quashing the settlement. It was also not decided on a technicality but on the basis if law, which is what the Courts are supposed to decide on. The bankruptcy of the company and the settlement was being used by the family that owned the pharmaceutical company to protect them individually, which there is no legal basis for without the owners having to also claim bankruptcy.

In 2020, Biden was still sharp, but showing a few signs of decline. Now, he is stiff, monotone and shows disturbing moments of confusion. If he were a family member, we would consider moving him to live with a relative who could look after him. The fact that he is President of the United States is sobering at the least, terrifying at the most.
