You should install this in your scx6 and do a test video. I'd love to see it in action!
Beef cake would have been a awesome name for it
I seen this last week on the website and was shocked cus I hadn't heard of this coming out or that it was even being made. I want this for my losi 5t and other large scale rigs.
I can't wait !!
Wife just ordered for my scx6 today.
95% of it's lifes been in low range at the beach cliffs. Tried the 5th scale savox, just wasn't made to crawl, power fades so fast.
I have some Holmes motors in other crawler, I'm confident this will be a huge game changer for the big rig. Im so glad you built this.
Gertrude... Is not a toy train... Peppa pig... Anyone ? 😂
I'm looking at getting one of these to put into a new Kraton 8s EXB roller. From the specs Amain gave me it will fit. Hope this will work with the servo saver as well. You should definitely try it in a video. I know a lot of people looking for a better fitting, tougher servo for the 8s Kraton
Whoa. Between 1500 and 2100 ounce inches of torque!! Yes Jon. 😃
ohh yeah!!
Great product 👍
Just ordered!! By the way, really appreciate that you guys ship to APO, seems more and more companies don't. Are you by any chance working on a motor/esc for the SCX6 and if not, is there current combo out there that you like/could recommend?
I need more 050 can motors for the scx24 😂
I would give that a try on my 5th scale titan smart tech 4x4 with 4.5 wide × 9" tall tires
So the regular castle 10amp BEC isn't good enough to provide this with its fullest power just for anyone interested. I will try out a castle 2.0 14amp BEC and see how that works out.
Sup bruh!
Well spec wise these are killing it!!! I’m having way to many issues with my stock Primal GraveDigger servos. I’ve been looking at my steering servo options and I came across these. I’m wondering how 2 of these would perform in the GraveDigger?? I’ve gone through 4 of the stock steering servos and I was only breaking in the engine. IMO they’re not quality servos. Appreciate any thoughts you might have on this. 👊👊👍👍
Sucks he didn't respond, but what did you end up going with? I'm thinking of going with the shifts, eventhough they're underpowered and cost more compared to these they look great,
@@bigdogroc yeah I was hoping to hear what he had to say. Spec wise they should’ve been good. Idk. I ended up going with NSDRC RS-2500 V2. Absolute beast of a servo!! Flips the big old Raminator tires like nothing!!! 👊👊👍👍
Is there an upgraded shift servo? Sorry if this is a silly question but if we up the voltage to this servo it would also up the voltage to the shift servo correct?
what servo would you recommend for a speed running kind of rig? i have always bought my crawling servos from you but recently got an arrma limitless that i want to get up to around 100-150mph so i just need something fast and decently strong.
how can i program it to have 180 degree sweep? i need the extra travel length with a bowden push/pull cable for a custom project. its a 1/2 scale boat and it has a jet drive that i designed and manufactured and has a vectoring nozzle and a reversing bucket.
Would a castle monster X be able to power that beast?
@HolmesHobbies
Will be receiving this today for my scx6. I will be using the cc bec 1.0 on 4s set at 8.4v. the cc bec 1.0 says it can only output roughly 5 amps continuous at 14.8V. my question is, will that be enough current for this massive powerhouse.
Likely not. It needs the beefier 10amp
Has this been updated with better wiring?
🐄🎂!
Are going to be making motor for SCX6?
been thinking about it...
@@HolmesHobbies just like the new servo i know we don't need it but we wants it! 😂
@@HolmesHobbies Have you decided yet on the motor weather your making it? I have put together an SCX6 of a beast and I'd be interested.
@@HolmesHobbies I have ordered 2 of your 1/5 servos can't wait should be here Wednesday.
@@HolmesHobbies Do you think you could make a 2 in 1 ESC / motor combo? I don't see anybody looking into that awesomeness.
So it can move 131lbs... Sounds.. necessary.
necessary overkill
I guess a servo should cost the same as the rig its going in
well, its under $250
@@HolmesHobbies I saw that after I said it. . Not a bad price
@@HolmesHobbiesNot in Europe 😂 €300,- 😪
Bruh 🤣🤣🤣
you left out the heaviest, heftist part......the price
It’s well priced compared to other high end 1/5 servos 👍
@@AJ.Roberts True! I looked after i commented, he should have mentioned the price, looks like the others are almost twice the price.
