    • @BladeandQuill
      @BladeandQuill  Рік тому

      Hello FernandesNate. Since Krita doesn't offer AI-powered background removal like Photoshop or Corel (at least, to my understanding), you will need to manually remove as much of the background as possible around the areas of interest and then repaint the fine hair and eyelashes. Use a fine-tipped brush to carefully repaint any missing or distorted hair strands, blending them seamlessly with the existing hair. Go to Krita's forum and you will find a bunch of brush bundles to download. Some of them are hair brushes. I hope this helps.

    Hello Corinne! From your previous instruction, I have my image, I unclicked the background and the paint is only on the image, not the background which means I was drawing/painting with that gray/white checker look, I did transparent on background. My picture is fine but I still see some original background in those checkers. I need it to be just the image (a head) with nothing around it so I can use it. If I export this is it just the image or does that checker back show up? I know you said save it as png not jpeg. Right now it is kra. I thought I would not see it looking like its not on a piece of paper, but only the head. Since I've never done it I dont know if checker indicates that part will not show up when I download or will it be just the painted head? If its not just my painted head can I get rid of the background in one of the ways in this tutorial? I hope that makes sense. Thank you!!

    I want to know is it possible to move a background to make the background transparent. But my photo has water droplets all over the place. With an image. So all I want to keep is the image and the water droplets and no background and it needs to be transparent. Another idea that I've had is copy the droplets? And insert them onto the picture later. The droplets need to be 1000% accurate. For the picture to work?

    • @BladeandQuill
      @BladeandQuill  Місяць тому

      Hello. This is complicated because of the water droplets. While Krita is a powerful tool, there are times when other solutions might be more efficient. I spent a few minutes online to see what I could find to help you. I've found a free online tool: www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/remove-background\
      Give it a try to see how it can help you. When the image is processed, download it as a PNG onto your computer. Then, reopen the PNG image in Krita and do whatever else needs to be done to perfect your image.
      I hope this helps you. Let me know if you need anything else. Have a great day!

      Hi Sevara. The best way to save an image without a background, is to save as a PNG. I explained to another viewer a few days ago that PNG supports high color fidelity and transparency. It uses lossless compression. Meaning that it preserves the original quality of the image without sacrificing any details. It maintains color accuracy and smooth transitions. I hope this helps.
