I was hoping you'd do one on these border raids, because they didn't seem to make much sense and, as you mention, diverted Ukrainian resources that could be better used elsewhere. I think you nailed it that the attacks are primarily designed to influence Russian elections as well as Western audiences getting tired of funding a losing cause (including U.S. politicians, where a Ukraine funding bill is still pending).
Of course they got the headlines they wanted from Western corporate media -- UKRAINE CAPTURES RUSSIAN TERRITORY -- but otherwise didn't accomplish anything and appear to be going nowhere. From the reporting, you'd think they had changed the tide of the war.
This will change nothing, except a large response from Russia.

I saw an interview today with the Russian commander that they captured. The raid was pretty successful, apparently.
Any person with a decent intelligence would ask why didn’t they show the same interest in defending Avdiivka when Russians entered the city.
