Ben Vane (brilliant wee Munro)

Ben Vane - brilliant wee hill! We put this one off due to reputation for scramble, exposure and false summits at top. This was Munro 48 for the boys. Took 6 hours. It’s 914m and only just high enough to make Munro status, but it is a steep, rocky little mountain with real character and awesome views.

I backed off near to summit as it was wet and slippy. That was my excuse anyway. 😂
Seeing the kids just doing it like it is a walk in the park, I can only sat Hats off to you guys……
