- Its been almost 6 months since I made a video going over all of the new features coming to Terraria in it's next update, version 1.4.5, and since then not only has the update gotten closer to releasing, but we have also gotten a lot more information about the new features we will be getting. So I thought it would be the perfect time to make another one where I not only cover the new stuff that was just recently announced, but also go over everything else that has been announced so far.

its about time, summoner has always had the least amount of content in the game. even after 1.4.4 there was only 9 whips in total, and 21 minions
@@am_crowner8265 So real, summoner is my favourite class but it feels so poor in weapons and summons but damage is amazing
I always disliked when people just bully summoner just because it lacks replayability, I love it so much and it's actually the best class for raw DPS in post planters but then gets beat by melee in andgame

boulder gun, like the coin gun but consumes boulders

Or an explosive boulder, and, for the fun of it, a seed where all projectile-based enemies shoot boulders

This ( the continuing development) is part of the reason why Terraria is an easy 5/5 . Now if only the rare enemies will get a boost in drop rate of rare drops and don't get me started about the RNG of the fishing quests.
@@LarixusSnydes As if continuing development is some kind of never done before thing? Its the 9th best selling game of all time of course it should be getting updates. Way more updates than its getting now there has been 2 new bosses in 9 years. That has to be the most lazy developers of any game. Terreria is max 6/10
@@loominist3858Most publishers would release these expansions as DLC. I paid about €20,- for the game ( 2 licenses to play along with a friend ) and it has given me so many pleasant hours of play. Incredible value in my book.

@@OperationAlice-o9z Stop meatriding your game and its lazy devs. There has been 2 bosses and a couple other minor updates in almost 10 years. The game should be over is a dumb excuse for the devs being lazy its literally one of the best selling games of all time. I clicked on this video because i used to like Terreria but it has terrible replayability and gets no updates.
I personally REALLY want a Torch God relic. It is the only boss besides the pillars (and maybe Dreadnautilus?) that doesn’t have one.
(YES Torch God is officially a boss, as shown when you sort with the “boss” filter in the bestiary, at least on Mobile)
dreadnautilus is not a boss, it is a simple enemy cause it has a banner
I don't think pillars count as a boss, but didn't know dreadnautilus didn't have a relic. Torch God could use a relic, but its moreso an event than a boss.

So glad about the whips cuz my favorite class is summoner, although the plantera* one isn't needed cuz after you beat her you can just go to the dungeon and get the morning star dealing over 200 summon damage base

Secret seeds are cool, though am I the only one to want a customizable world like the mod TerraCustom did in 1.3 ?
I mean that's basically a better and full customizable seed system, that way you could have specific structures like pyramids guaranteed, change the height of each layers, numbers of chests... and it would be better than solely playing on weird worlds.
It's absolutely crazy that they've sold 58mil copies. Terraria goes brrrr!

I JUST NOTICED that on the left corner room on 4:50 there are 39 spaces for trophies, but nowadays there are only 33.
Perhaps new event or main bosses will be added?
Heck yeah still wish we could use our favorite weapons and armor even In the endgame

Que players trying all secret seeds in one playthrough....... that would be a nightmare to play but I'll watch for posterity lol
I wish the Devs would allow for a seed viewer before creating a new world (a simple far away view would work)....... So many worlds I've thrown away because the terrain was too frustrating to make work, the corruption/crimson was so close to spawn/jungle/snow, having a biome be too small for snow/jungle/forest (yet too much desert lol).
I get that TModLoader does that, but it's not an efficient process just to find a world I'm comfortable playing long-term. Plus, days when I play on my Switch instead of PC, I lose TModLoader anyways.
