I just finished listening to him reading poetry. He really is like a creature who bridges the ancient with the modern, the classical with contemporary. I imagine he has no idea how unusual he is. In these dark and fraught times, he shines with intelligence, kindness, humor, pure intention.
What a lovely to describe him. What a gift he is. He has pulled me from the pits of depression so many times I can't count. I love him with my entire heart and soul.
