Before you eat the noodles, you could actually wash it in ice water so it won't be so spicy. I tried that when I was eating this. It really helped.

My favorite thing to add to the fire noodles to cool it down is my homemade chip dip which is a mixture of sour cream, cream cheese and goat cheese.
