      Aaron Squire maybe....maybe. BUT. i tried a lot of pens over the course of taking AP US History (ridiculous amounts of writing) and I found the best balance between control and smoothness in the G2. it’s all subjective though. so if you dislike it that’s okay too :)

    Some fun facts:
    If you can solve a 3x3 you can solve a 2x2 and also a megaminx,
    After 4x4 so 5x5 6x6 and on you can solve it the same way, you only have to learn pairity. The best 2x2 solvers can solve it blindfolded because they use eg1 or eg2 method which allows them to solve it after one look

    you should look up "ortega method" or "varasano method"(same method just differnet names). It is a much faster way to solve 2x2 and it is very simple. Basically you solve bottom side(doesnt have to be layer, just side), then you solve opposite side(again, doesnt have to be layer) and then with one of four easy algorithms, you solve the entire rest of the cube

    I am pretty sure 31:03 was a j perm. (R U2 R’ U’ R U2 L’ U R’ U’ L) make sure you hold it on the side with the messed up corner on the top right of the 2x2 😁

    • @idontcareenoughtothinkofan2025
      @idontcareenoughtothinkofan2025 4 роки тому

      actually it was a T perm, in a T perm it switches two adjacent corners and the edge opposite of those corners

    • @karlgardner5488
      @karlgardner5488 4 роки тому

      @i dont care enough to think of a name I think either one of those permutations could have been done because it’s a 2x2. But if it were a 3x3 then it would have been a t perm. Thank you for the correction. 😄

      When I get a 4x4... and then learn how to solve a 4x4... and then feel confident enough to make a tutorial 😬

    Tip: if you don't like the logo on a cube or anything that has a logo that is painted on like that.
    Remove it by rubbing on it furiously with an eraser.
    This is not a troll! It really works!

    This might sound impossible, but one time I solved the top layer and then I accidentally dropped it, it turned a little when I dropped it, and when I picked up the cube it was solved!
