    CRJ Micro 4-Pin PWM GPU Fan Adapter sold on Amazon to connect the radiator fans to the graphics card.

    Great review, good points to consider. I've been using this AIO on my Asus 1080ti turbine to get rid of noise and lower temperature up to 45-50C. The performance and price are great!

    Great video. Extremely well timed as I’m planing a gaming PC build.
    I was wondering if there’s a compatible case you’d recommend? I’d love to go fairly small but I’m not sure where to start on which cases are potentially viable.
    Thanks again for a fab video :)

    I actually have one of these, not the same model necessarily. I live in Las Vegas so its quite necessary with this consistent triple digit heatwave we’ve had for almost a month now 😅 doesn’t hurt to stay cool!

    So does this work for the 4000 series as well? Like for a Zotach 4080 Trinity?

    You could try using a fan header from the graphics card for the fan controls

    • @ElevatedSystems
      @ElevatedSystems  Рік тому +7

      I could, but I'd have to rewire it and pull power from another source because I don't think the card, PCB provides enough amperage for full size fans.

      @jonathanclaudio1098 Рік тому

      @@ElevatedSystems A bit of software called Fan Control might be your ticket - no need to rewire and you can tie the fan/pump speeds to the GPU temperature instead of CPU despite being hooked up to the motherboard. All software controlled

    Good video! I've put the NZXT bracket on a 2070 Super, 2080 and 2080 Ti. Even bought a 92mm RGB fan for one of them! This would have saved me some money and given me 240MM radiator instead of 120MM I used, though even the 2080 Ti runs about 56C with only 120MM of radiator.

      Do you know if the NZXT bracket would fit on the 4070? Thanks

    OH my god thank you for telling me that the pump was actually NOT in the radiator - cause I have it mounted with the tubes up and I was freaking out about the pump failing. Saved me a bunch of time and money cause I was about to buy a new case

      This is a basic Asetek AIO just with a custom mounting solution for a number of GPUs

      It depends on which model of that cooler you have, earlier models DID have the pump in the radiator, which was necessary for the small from factor build I used it in. ID-Cooling should definitely update their product page to cover both versions of that cooler. Ideally, I think companies should NOT use the same model names when a product changes in a significant way, for instance, when the pump is relocated...

    This is what I always wanted to do to my 2080, but I'm not a tech like you so I don't even bother to try cuz I know i probably will mess something up. my 2080 runs at 91-94 C most times and I just have to bear with the fan noise. Anyways very neat work and awesome explaining. hopefully someday I will understand and do it myself.

      Probably due to the short compatability list and lack of marketing outside the of Asia. I found it by chance on a Amazon search for the NZXT AIO bracket.

    • @ElevatedSystems

      The only way to find out is to measure the mounting hole width of the card and check if any of the included mounts will fit. You also have to make sure there is nothing surrounding the GPU die that will interfere with the mount.
