Hey !! Yes, we would absolutely recommend a health check up before coming to Ladakh. And also, carry all the emergency medications prescribed by your doctor. Also, in case you have an elderly accompanying you for the trip, you can buy a small oxygen cylinder from Leh as a backup on high passes. Let me know if you need any further help..
