Gonna pair this with my venu 2 plus, garmin golf gps and approach CT10s. Caddie mode, slope, temp, humidity, altitude sound pretty cool for practice rounds.
Overall nice review. Wishes you were able to show the screen inside and discuss the items on the lense screen. As well if you could elaborate on the mode button and toggle through the options. Side note, you mentioned it has 2 screens on the outside but it’s only the one side the other side is decorative. Yes the product is well built and has a novel and useable feature, but they forgot to add in usability features that are pretty standard on competitive product such as a magnetic cover 🧲. Simple common sense feature that is missing at this price point is unfair. Secondly since the unit is actually so small you can’t even use any after market magnetic straps either. Both screens exterior and interior are not as bright as advertised. Just my opinion and 2 cents. I have a love hate relationship with mine, but for now will keep.
It's very CLEAR. It is the best rangefinder I have ever had. Unfortunately, I dropped mine in water and it's not covered under warranty (yes, it's supposed to be waterproof). It was in water for less than a minute in shallow depths. It still does not work. It was given to me as a gift. I reached out to Caddy Cube, but they declined due to warranty reasons 😞
It says it is, but I have it and mine fell into the water. It took me less than a minute to get it out the water. It's been over a week and it still does not work 😞 I tried reaching out for help from Caddy Cube, but they do not cover under warranty. So, I'm stuck still trying to dry it out somehow. I put it in rice for 48hrs, still moisture.

The silly thing is they sell that silicone case, why not just put a nice strong magnet in that? Absolutely crazy it's actually a deal breaker for me.
Is this patented? do you think we will see other range finders offering this caddie mode?
The screen looks extremely hard to see. I am sure it is horrible to see on bright days.
In fairness I don’t really use the screen, as it tells you all through the lense. But it’s actually a lot better than it looks on video

Is it water proof?

Surely caddie mode isn’t comp legal??
Interesting question, If slope was turned off I can’t see the issue
