Keep in mind: I'm fairly flat already, so for guys with a bigger chest, this advice might not be as useful. If someone with a bigger chest watches this video and has any advice on what's worked for you, please feel free to comment down below to help out anyone with a similar body to you💕

i’m 12 i came out to my mom 2 months and now i’ve been going to therapy for 3 weeks and i just ordered a binder yesterday AND IM GOING ON HORMONE BLOCKERS SOON!!!!

congrats, man! when I came out my mom accepted me and so did my dad but my moms boyfriend and my brother were a teeny bit mad ':) are you on hormone blockers now? good luck dude :) I'm nonbinary and it's nice to see super accepting parents :)
bruh yall are lucky, puberty started at 11 for me, so i never got the chance to go on blockers :((
@@spifii same dude puberty started really early for me and my body is already like 95% developed so the blockers aren’t gonna do much. :/
from the underworks binders I reeeeeally recommend the tri-top binder because it is longer than the gc2b ones and is therefore amazing for people with a larger chest because nothing will fall out and it also compresses sooo well
I’m not ftm (trans) but I am non-binary and I’ve always had body dysphoria especially when it comes to my chest. I’ve always wanted to dress more masculine but I was always afraid of what people would think. But I took my first step by getting new clothes. And now I’m taking this step getting a binder so I’m really excited, I fell like I can finally be myself. Thank you for this video it really helps!

@@fiddler_stickss you know, Im not sure what I am. I'm AFAB, but I dont feel like I'm a woman or a man. When I have to pick my gender on job applications, etc, I can't pick either. I went with genderfluid for a while but idk. I might just go unlabeled but my chest has always given me such bad dysphoria and I always felt weird when getting bras and anything about my chest.
I’m buying a binder for my boyfriend who’s FTM, this video is really helpful since he does have a small chest. I’m really excited to buy him one this month and seeing him feel better in his body. ☺️
Update: I gave him the binder and gifts to him after Christmas while he was at work. He instantly put it on and he looked so happy. He looked even more like a man! I got the gc2b binder for him because of my budget and it was perfect for him. In the same day I gave it to him, he proposed to me and I said yes ☺️.

Only ever binded with gc2b, as a guy with a bigger chest I much prefer the tank binder, it binds really well for me, chest looks flat! The half binder binds ok, it doesn't fit to the skin under my chest (because the chest is too big) so I get really weird sweat stains just right there and it makes me super uncomfy and more dysphoric about my chest because I'm reminded that I need to bind.

@@LeonBell Yes also think that ultimately it's down to personal preference and that if you have the means try both and see what works best. Half-tanks also make me feel more dysphoric because it feels too much like a bra so it was interesting to hear that it is the opposite for you

I’m getting an Underworks binder because I can’t afford gc2b. This will be my first binder and maybe one day, when I can afford it, I’ll get a gc2b binder.
So gc2b is more comfortable but less chest binding capacity and underworks is more chest compressing but less comfortable. Got it

Hi I've bought one tank binder from gc2b but I've got a HUUUGE problem.
I suffer from hypermobility and my shoulders disjointed when I tried to put in on. I tried many ways but nothing wotks it's a lot of pain.
So I'm looking for something more adapted to my shoulders, I've seen some binders with zipper or velcros, I'm affraid that velcro under the arms might be not confortable and scratche my skin. I'm affraid zippers would show under my t-shirt.
If someone here can help me to choose one please that would be really helpful.

i just got an xs underworks binder from my friend & im a 32 a in bras (my b00bs are a little bigger tho) but the binder was super easy to get on my first time and idk if it’s too big?? i don’t see much of a difference but idk

There is an online website where you can get free binders it’s called pointofpride and I personally haven’t gotten a binder from there but I’ve Heard lots of really good experiences I suggest you check out the website for more information

Compression is better on the underworks binder imo, but the gc2b binder works well enough (at least if you're not too big, I've heard people say) and is more comfortable

If u have a bigger chest/are generally a bigger guy, a lot of people say the full tanks are really helpful. Then take your measurements and check with the sizing chart of whatever brand/model you go for:)

im full on gonna buy a binder for christmas with the money i saved but i have some problems. i buy stuff online using shopee, but i use my mom's account (she'll definitely will not let me have my own acc) and she always checks what i purchase or put on my cart. whenever an item/s i ordered has arrived, she's the one sanitizing it and often brings it out to see it. my mom's not homophobic or transphobic but idk what to do, im a lil nervous

I’m 13 and feel like I’m non binary. I’ve felt like I was bisexual for a long time and came out to some people but I guess it’s changed over a period of time. I really want binders but they cost quite bit of money. I’ve struggled with my sexuality from a young age and Im starting to feel pretty confident abt my sexuality
I am a Tomboy and want to try binding because I feel like it'd be more comfortable for me as I'm a bit of an "uncomfortable" in their own skin type of person haha. Any advice for females with a little more in the chest area? Or what website would work best?

Depends on the brand she got, but an argument could be that gc2b is (probably) safer, as it's designed for trans men

what age do you recommend getting a binder? i’m nervous that i’m too young for one especially with size/not needing one but i’ve been getting some dysphoria lately and i’m out to my mom so she could possibly help me get one.
Nothing such as too young, from what I know, as long as you bind responsibly. Don't bind if the size is too small/too tight, if you get winded walking up stairs, for more than 8 hours (with binding and stretching breaks in between if necessary), drinking enough water, stretching when taking it off, not working out in it unless it's a sports binder that's designed for moving around in (I recommend Paxsies for this, but it works best for guys with a smaller chest), and NEVER sleeping in it

I would only wear full length binders because the half length ones are too similar to bras.
I’m purchasing my first binder from 2b and I’m non binary and don’t wanna have top Surgery since I wanna be a parent (i’m biologically female) so I have to keep them and I’m fine with that I’m also 12 and they have been bothering me even tho they are small and unnoticeable it just bugs me personally update: my mom said no.. and now I’m crying a bunch 😭

I wish I had a binder that young, I didn't even know they existed and was miserable for years trying to diy bind. Sports bra works fine for most of the time but by gc2b is just great. Love and support from an older non binary sibling

Ummm hi! So I'm 13 and I want to buy a binder, since I'm still growing, would it be safe if I used one? (I'm not non-binary neither trans, I'm a girl and still identify as one, I just feel like I would be more comfortable in my skin with a binder, which means I wouldn't wear it 24/7)
As long as u get the right size and not too small and you don't bind for longer than 8 hours a day, stretch well during and after, then it should be fine. I would recommend u to look at paxsies' sports binder and see what you think about that one. I've got a review on it if u wanna check that out. It's by far the most comfortable one I've found

Yeah. If u feel any kind of discomfort, stop immediately. Never ever sleep in it. And some people find it helpful to do upper body and core workouts as to build muscle and strength. It's definitely made binding less painful for me.
Dont work out in a binder though. And if you're stuck between two sizes, go for the higher size. Always safer to be slightly too big than slightly too tight
Also, make sure u drink water and eat food while binding of u decide to do it. It can be kinda tough on the body. And in the beginning, bind for maybe just an hour or two, then go up gradually to get your body used to it slowly
I really want to get a binder but my mother won't let me get one because she think all of them are bad/harmful im not trans but I do cosplay and somedays I dont want breasts 😔
I'd recommend the paxsies sports binder then^^ it's hella comfy and binds pretty well (unless your chest is pretty big, then their page says it's not recommended)

So good to hear your friend is supportive❤️❤️❤️ make sure you find a safe place to keep it whne you're not using it, and maybe your friend can wash it at their place, if that's safer. If your mom finds it, say it's a sports bra❤️ if you get a paxsies sports binder, that could pass as one.
