    @ 5:34, in my list it shows the doors start with "(01.01)", and i have multiple connections so it is really hard to find which "(01.01)" is for which location. even tho i rename them start with the location name, but it is still hard to find the one i want at the first moment. why is your door name format is different than mine? how do i change it?

      That is to indicate that you cannot use extended schedules on those doors. They are more that likely form a KT-200 or KT-300.

      Unfortunately, we do not. As the manufacturer of the product, we can only offer limited support to end users of the product. You would need to contact your installation company for direct support

    Have you any material about to change Gateway Corporate to Gateway Global?

      Unfortunately, it is not possible to change a Corporate Gateway connection to a Global Gateway. You need to delete the connection from the Corporate Gateway and recreate it on the Global Gateway
