    I was watching Raphael Nadal play tennis one day and noticed he drinks from one water bottle then another and places them perfectly diagonal to the tennis court during his break. I later found out he does it too quite the chatter in his head. So I started developing the same habit when opening and closing the game menu imagining when I close the menu I'm letting go of possible bad outcomes . I found a ridiculous increase in my performance and alot more clarity in the game. Maybe it's an idea for a video? Loved this video though very interesting ideas! Simple and brilliant.

      so like reopening the client as a way of 'resetting' everything in a sense? like a fresh canvas to start on?

      @@PULAG Yeh exactly that. Or for somebody it could be flicking a rubber band on there wrist. If you can find your triggers and you programe the right sequence of thoughts centered around positivity triggered by those behaviours you can programe yourself to overcome any situation. It's easier said than done tho. But for me it's worked. The hardest part is not getting carried away. Tilt can happen any day if your emotions aren't in the right place. Hope this helps you guys!

    In doing this it has always helped me to also visualize failure and in doing so if you are doing it correctly you will feel this feeling. Obviously do not repeat just failures but make mistakes it will help you deal with them too. Then visualize the next match right after

    But what's the method?

    • @at0micn0vva
      @at0micn0vva Рік тому +4

      The method is to visualize the gameplay before you even enter the game, visualize in your head every possible outcome your enemy would do and try to do it before they do, or do the opposite of what that expect you to do. The main point is to basically plan ahead, think of every possible out come(bad or good), cause and effect, basically come up with a strategy or plan, plan ahead before entering the game.
      Sorry if this isn’t the best explanation this is what I got out of watching the video

    I've noticed that if you visualise in the game you playing as well also makes you faster. I Vs 3 players alone and I beat the round just by visualizing the first being in mid on inferno the next guy peeked me first so I killed him got shot once in the back and that's when I visualised where he would be near T-spawn and pinpointed it just by the indicator and killed him with a 180 spin kill them with the guy in mid I was right and ended up killing him as well

    1. Meditate after doing practice
    2. Visualize before the game
    How to visualize?
    >Sit somewhere comfortable in a quiet room , close your eyes , imagine a gaming scenario using all five of your senses, use your imagination to picture the screen in front of you,Visualize the color of the room and the light and the fine details like lobby menu before the game etc.
    >Now feel what you will physically feel while playing the game ,visualize that feel that
    Imagine mouse keyboad in your hand, headphone on your head etc
    >Imagine things you will hear before the rounds
    also smell if you do while playing real game, like smell of the room etc.
