Hi Lisa, I love your videos,… you’ve given me so many meal ideas!
When I first got my 15in1 one lid I made packet rice with frozen vegetables with chicken wrapped in bacon, it turned out great, it was delicious and the vegetables weren’t mushy.
I cooked it for 20mins on steam crisp at 390f and the packet rice still came out great, it was just a little on the soft side but still really nice and the vegetables still had some bite to them. I added frozen peas, corn, carrots and green beans directly to the rice mix in the bottom and cooked the chicken wrapped in bacon on the top rack turning once half way through cooking.
I’ve had some really nice pork chops from the foodi as well, but not with the rice,… I may have to try it soon.
Lately, I like doing new potatoes cut in half with 2-3 cups of chicken stock in the bottom. Then I wrap the vegetables in foil with some butter and pepper and place it on the bottom rack and put my protein on the top rack. I had pork chops this way and they were great.
I plan on doing a beef and sausage stew soon based on your beef stew recipe i think it’s gonna turn out nicely.
Thanks again for all the videos and inspiration!
    God bless!

Hmmmm.....is it taking on the food colors-like when I make stew the sides and where the numbers and letters are the stew juice dries in there and I use usually Dawn to wash my dishes and it works. But over time I have noticed the pots do change color a bit and become not so nonstick. Hope this helps cuz! :)

Well done Lisa. The rice turned out near perfect. Even with the original ninja foodi I found it's not a genius when trying to incorporate some veggies.
I'd rather have bother than bugger, so I cook the veggies first and keep warm in a thermo dish or on the microwaves keep warm function. Steaming pumpkin and sweet potato will cook in half the time a regular potato does, by cutting larger pieces of the soft veggies and smaller of the hard it does seem to cook more evenly. 👍😀🤤🇦🇺

    Hi Lisa
Firstly, your channel is brilliant. I love it, and you but I got a small criticism. Why do you do that silly onion chopping thing their is no need to cut the onion horizontally to chop it is just a chefy thing. Look at it: What is it achieving the onion is already sliced that way naturally, save yourself some time and forget that bit. Look at it and ask why ?
