Thanks for the video. I am using a canon camera for the live stream and im getting a black screen on vmix. I followed all the steps you mentionned. vmix recognized the utap sdi tho. Do you know what could be the problem? Thanks

Length depend on the type of cable. In general, 20m cable is ideal.

You need a good camera, an external mic, PC or Mac, and a capture card if you want to stream live. For youtube videos, you can just shoot the videos, edit and post, you will not need a capture card for that.
