I had the good fortune of renting a Green Packer from these guys in late December. My family was moving from Ohio to Texas. The moving co. wanted $175 to pack each of our 3 flat screen TVs but their proposed packing method seemed flimsy. The Green Packer held our 3 flat screens, a 3 shelf glass table, and all of my husband's record albums. Everything arrived in perfect condition! This is the coolest invention.
How much did it cost to rent?
That's awesome, no wasted materials. The box could use some handles and tie down hooks that are recessed. But all in that is a great idea. Offer the customer a choice between paying for a ton of cardboard they would be stuck with after the move or the green packer. No cardboard to pay for just the packing labor.

a nice addition to the box would be some latches to hold the lid down in case the box accidentally gets turned over

i have a 52 inch tv can u move that too?
Looks gread for locals and long distance, but would need to be 3 ply cardboard with 2 ply dividers for international moving so not really cost effective in that regard.
People commenting about bumpy roads know nothing about air ride suspension on moving trucks and trailors.
Perhaps they don't have air ride suspension.

The product is clearly a good it might not cover everything but if you really want to wrap something in cardboard anyway you can do that and still place it in there or you can place it in elsewhere. I think it's obvious that a cardboard box is not as strong as the box that you see there.
