How To Make A Golf Cart Lift Kit

How to make a golf cart lift kit, this is something I have wanted to build for years! I picked up this golf buggy off a buddy of mine for free, I will be turning it into a off road utv. The electric motor used to work but they can be quite expensive to get going. The electronics don’t work anymore so I will remove the electric motor and install a petrol engine. I started to make a lift kit and will continue in part 2 stay tuned!

Next time shoot them with some starting fluid, spray inside the stand back and light it up and the tire will usually pop on the bead and give a bit of pressure in the ole tire give it a try one time.

They push the front forward to make it a longer wheel base to help make it sturdier

Mark where you want the bend cut half way threw with a angle grinder and bend it useing a table and some c clamps or vice grips on end of table then weld that seem up
