Its probably because they strayed away from doing sporty cars in favor of rentals for a long time. The reason I and most people subbed is to see more content like this. Experienced drivers in modified cars battling through the mountains.
Nice Run! I don't want to come off negatively, more as a concerned enthusiast, but I would try my best to not cut the divider line particularly in the daytime when more people are out and you don't have the added security of seeing oncoming traffic headlights around the corner. You just never know and I'd rather you guys stick around to continue making content. I know the people you meet will do what they normally do. Plus keeping in your lane makes the "course" more difficult and gives more perspective of when gaps open and close due to driving ability instead of cutting a turn to keep up. I mean well and want to see more! Cheers!
Thanks for the input! I'm cautious about sticking to my side in daytime especially preceding true blind corners. Glad you understand that I'm only documenting the process in some cases 💯
@@moisesezequielgutierrez russia has a lot of country-side roads, there is a few mountains that can be used for racing but sadly the russian car culture prefers it in the city

Hello Ridgechaser, I have to tell you that although I don't own a certainly fast sports car your videos certainly inspire me to find the limits of my current one (a shitty 1.6 s40 Volvo modded to 140) I got to say that back when I was a learner it felt slow as hell on the daily driving scenario but as soon I got more experience I got to discover my shitty learning car did have more than enough potential to begin, hope to travel overseas one day and go for a run with you, I'll maybe learn a thing or two about touge :) Keep those videos coming!
i feel making vids of runs will ultimately be used to increase restrictions why not just enjoy the run. Stay safe. wish there were beautiful turns like this everywhere
Thanks! I have driven the CR-Z, you have a great handling car. It's tough to catch up on uphills with long straightaways but that applies to any car within that power range 🤘
Pro tip. For hitting gutters get rally wheels. RM-AUTOSPORTS does custom Team Dynamics rally wheels. Literally make them for anything. Combine with a digressive suspension and you can hit anything. Side not I feel tires with larger blocks take abuse better. I use the rt615k myself.
Seeing this many cyclists and pedestrians on such a beautiful road actually makes me want to put my fist through the screen. That Civic looked like he was afraid to even put a tire on the shoulder line, probably because of those people. Hey "car-guy bicyclists" (to the extent that such a concept is not actually an oxymoron), I hope you're fricking proud of yourselves!
Unfortunately i have no where to do this. Seems like im gonna be wanting to go to a track. Do you think a vw polo 9n 1.2 with 55 hp would do fine for me to learn on track?
Anything works for track as long as you don't expect to be the fastest with a slow car, but that slow car can make you a pretty fast driver by showing you where your mistakes are being made
@@izayoiaifuyu I still haven't taken it to a track. Currently money is an issue and I need to fix a few things with the car. Maybe in the future tho. But yes my car will show me my mistakes because it will take about an hour to get back to speed
Mixture of it being a less effective attack method in most cars and corners as well as the increased danger posed by oversteer Some guys do it though, especially shit like perfect slip angle
Yeah no this guy is insanely good at this course, he's doing well over what your sti could do without understeering into a guard rail like every other sti driver who thinks they're Colin McRae does
How did the WRX do? Let me know!
Also the Fit will premier this Wednesday. More info on the new video series on the Instagram page!

swap a k series engine into that CR-Z and tighten up the suspension. you will have a fast car. a little weight reduction goes a long way.

In the context of this video, I just stick to my side of the road in the daytime
Edit: If you are referring to the first part, that area was scouted.
