Brilliant video mate of our fine city! What makes this even more impressive is that you're not even from the same continent let alone being from Norwich! You've clearly put a lot of work into this. Well done!
I will go to Norwich this december, I'm having a few days off and I'll be flying to Norwich. ( from Holland ) Never been to England but this is were I wanna go, then I'll be meeting some people in Lowesoft. Can't wait, looks spectaculair.
Great job!. I love the city of my birth. I live in the U.S. now and they think 200 years is history LOL . I do miss my home town, so much history. I used to go the Castle museum all the time.
Such a beautiful presentation if my home city which, sadly, I left many years ago. Well done for the clear pictures and careful explanations of the City I still love though now living in Australia.
I have been Norwich twice in a year. I could not tell the reason clearly why I love that city until I watch the video. I love the unique historical feeling as well as its modern facilities. And the most important thing is the atmosphere of peaceful daily life there, seems making the time stop flowing.
Boudiccas Celtic tribe the Iceni had their lands around the Norwich area so there could be a good chance Norwich was a Celtic settlement first , the romans would have set up shop where there were already settlements the most people think London is Roman but on the Thames we have found Celtic artifacts and in a London Museum is a dug out canuoo that's neolithic ., most settlements in human history are around rivers but loved your video some great information and you got some lovely shots of a beautiful city , thank you .
Lovely mini-documentary Chun Li. I was born and raised in Norwich before leaving for Canada in the 90s. You know the history of Norwich better than I, and make me long to return for a visit soon! Thank you.
Thank you Chun Li, a very informative and interesting video. I hope you come back some day to Norwich. I am moving there next month, I shall be looking out for you in the lanes and libraries of this fine city.
You made a pretty fine job of describing the history of. my home city as an introduction. Well done. There is a lot more to Norwich than this but it is indeed, a vertable hook, for those folks who are interested in the vast history of the city. Norfolk, as a whole, has a vast and diverse history: esoecially that of the Iceni.
That’s a really good video, Chun. I have lived here all of my life, and didn’t know some of those things. I enjoyed particularly your observation of all the markets being under the watchful eye of the garrison. You should be proud. 👍🏻
Great Video! I noticed something. I saw the guy with the glass ball a couple of months ago. This video was made 2 years ago. He's been here for 2 years or more doing the same thing... poor guy.
What a wonderful and informative video this is, so many amazing & beautiful features to this city. I visited here in 1984 only saw a limited small area, stayed at the Maid's Head hotel, which btw I found from personal experience is haunted. The Catheral right near by never got a chance to see inside because of our schedual, but the outside was nice. Our tour guide also took us to Stranger's Hall but mostly stayed around Tombland area. This was much more informative about the whole of the city than what our tour guide had conveyed. Enjoyed this tour very much with the wonderful photography :)
Superb video! Thanks for making such a well researched and excellent documentary of our historic Norwich. Great to hear some of our oral history being recalled by someone (I'm guessing) not from Norwich.
This deserves more views!! a nicely put together video with interesting historic facts. I'm often sharing this with many of my over seas friends.. hoping one day they'll visit :)

@Richard Christopher yea I'm stupid because at the beginning of video he's talking like a idiot. and you had to point out he's Asian for no reason at all
"...Norwich was built with Caistor stone....." That's something new I've learnt! Thankyou, Chun Li.
I miss Norwich so much. Thank you for reminding me of all my favourite places in my birth city.
Brilliant video mate of our fine city! What makes this even more impressive is that you're not even from the same continent let alone being from Norwich! You've clearly put a lot of work into this. Well done!
Looks like he has a fascination for this city and studied about it in depth ..

Very good!
Makes you realise just how much you take your home city for granted..... Great to see someone else's perspective 😁
I lived in Norwich from 1989 to 1991. However, I was born in Norfolk (Kings Lynn) and know Norfolk very well. Great video. Well done

Brilliant. Am humbled that you have learnt about us so much. You know a great deal more than most residents.

Improve the audio! Sounds like you're recording in the Loo. Also lower the background music.
Up the Narge!
just the usual, basic facts, but well-filmed.
Don't know why, but it looks weird seeing an asian with british accent
You are not going to do that old joke about, coming to England in such of norwich, are you ?

Why. Are you. Talking. Like. That? Annoying
@Richard Christopher sooo i guess I'm racist right?
@Richard Christopher yea I'm stupid because at the beginning of video he's talking like a idiot. and you had to point out he's Asian for no reason at all
Because English is obviously not his first language
Excellent video.
