However, upon further research on the maximum potential of the Death Seed, they decided that a peak Apocalypse can match Adam in power and therefore would win with his superior abilities.
I think the camera is supposed to be a drone camera, similar to the ones we saw used in Hiehachi Vs Geese (which ended with Hiehachi punching one out). Since it wouldn't have affected the outcome, they gave Black Adam the yellow lantern ring to give some variety to the combat, despite him never really using it in the comics. Apocalypse's voice in this Death Battle is them trying to emulate his voice in the 90's X-Men cartoon, which was very similar to this one.
Another reason they gave Black Adam the Yellow Lantern ring is that though he only used the ring once, he doesn't have any known record to have lost it so it's only natural to assume that he likely still had the ring.
It's funny because the beginning of the fight opens with a comic book panel, so we're to assume this battle takes place in a comic. Which just makes the idea of the glass shattering within a comic book even more confusing.
If being honest, I assumed that Black Adam would win but once I learned about Apocalypse's abilities which included his Death Seed and his ability to absorb energy like Cyclops' Optic Blast, he was capable of absorbing the Magic Lightning which would make Adam weaker and also makes Apocalypse stronger as once I learned that, that is where things started to tip the other way for me and I sided with Apocalypse. Next time with Trunks and Silver the Hedgehog...is what I would say as this next one is between their alternate counterparts from Dragon Ball Heroes which also goes into both Dragon Ball Online and also the two Xenoverse games and Archie Sonic respectfully, but there's a very specific reason why they did Xeno Trunks VS Archie Silver instead of their canon counterparts fighting each other, if you want me to explain this reason, feel free to reply to me as I am only bring up the reason on why we got Xeno Trunks VS Archie Silver and not Future Trunks VS Game Silver. If you don't want me to say it, you can tell me that too and I will explain it in the reaction next week.

Apocalypse’s Death Seed isn’t actually similar in power to the Phoenix Force, they’re similar in how they can evolve life (as stated by Doctor Doom). Idk where they got the impression it was the same strength from.

This whole thing with Xeno Trunks is confusing. Looking at the wiki he's not listed as appearing in Xenoverse, but Xeno Trunks is listed as a playable character on the page for Xenoverse, and their backstories seem to be practically identical.
He's one of the most prominent characters in Xenoverse, so I'm not sure why the wiki doesn't list him. You can take a look at Ris's speedruns, and you'll see him multiple times. Mostly because you have several missions where Trunks can royally screw up your speedrun because he occasionally smacks enemies out of your reach...
Yeah he's a sucky teammate, mechanically speaking haha But he's also more or less simultaneously your mentor figure/partner in the Time Patrol, so yeah, he plays a pretty key role in the Xenoverse story (both 1 and 2).
