Vance & Hines is #1 in my opinion. I like that low, throaty growl it gives my bike, and it’s loud enough without being overly obnoxious. Neither of them will duplicate the sound of an HD or Indian, but I enjoy the uniqueness of the sound. I believe that it makes my Rebel sound like a 1084cc parallel twin should. The Two Brothers is running a very close 2nd place in my opinion, and they both look “killa” on the bike! 👍 ✌️
I Started off with the RC Shorty GP, Sounded Awesome but was getting horrible fuel economy. The bike was basically Straight piped, haha. So, I went on ebay and saw someone selling the TBR and got it for half the price. like new, Man I’m Glad I did, I Love It! The upswept design grew on me. The Two Brothers Racing exhaust is a Dragon!
There is no way the Shorty was affecting your fuel economy. It's a bolt on and does not touch the cat nor require a tune. Glad you like your TBR though, not a fan personally but a lot of people like it
imo Radiant Cycle Shorty GP, sounds very raw and it's the best also it's shorty so it weight much less and is very clean on side of the bike, leaving a lot of space for side bags
I have the Ixil dual end cans and not the single plus a DNA air cleaner great sound and the only problem is the flame on overrun singing my panniers, that may be due to me wrapping my exhaust to keep in the heat for the cat but now I have removed the wrapping and re fitted the standard can for the winter I will see when I re fit the Ixil for the spring and touring again, cheaper if I damage a £500 silencer than the stock £2000 silencer.
Avoid the shorty GP even with the baffle it sounds terrible and the rebel 1100 definitely doesn’t like it and you’ll also be at the pump way more often with the fuel consumption I returned mine and ordered the Coffmans shorty blackout edition
Anything that is upswept is instantly eliminated (this a CRUISER, not an ADV bike), so are so called "exhausts" like the mini Coffman. From a look and sound there can be only one: the Gemspeed.

Thanks for putting this all together.

Shorty GP sounds like the winner to me
And the cheapest. I have the Shorty GP and I like it for the sound and the price. Winner!!!!
I love the way mine sounds, but the finish started wearing off after 2 weeks
Yeah, but it's pretty much a cheap piece of crap that has been reported to actually hinder the performance of the bike a little
Thanks, Helps narrow down the search 😂 Had already ordered the shorty GP so we'll see how it goes!
TBR🔥🔥

TBR Slip on and Coffman for me. But I am leaning more towards TBR Slip on. Thanks for the video!
That tbr and the gem speed are the only two that sound good at all lol
I just closed the deal on my Rebel 1100 and I like the TBR slip on & I'm curious to hear the shorty gp in person because of the price.

@@tfr0774 it's arriving tomorrow 😫...I really liked the TBR pipe sound a lot, but I think that's in the range of like a $500 bill 💵
Gemspeed sounded the best in my opinion
Thanks for this. Coffman thunder. I just ordred one
I can only see generic mufflers when I access the links, maybe because it doesn't deliver here in PH T_T
Please add the new Cobra exhaust to the comparison
Ya that's where I'm leaning
Definitly IXIL SLIP ON
Radian cycle shorty
Appreciate the effort as this speaks to tone, but the question of overall loudness isn't addressed. Need a decibel meter.
Vance & Hines
Bought the Shorty GP. Sounds better in real life, and it's only $60.
Wut? Why no black widow?
Black widow makes the header. They dont make a silencer yet, for the rebel 1100.
Shorty wins
