Still having problems with the ears signals. It’s a brand new band. Have tried all these tips as well as even shaved some hair from behind my ears but no go. I’m just hoping for some honesty and recognition that it’s a design flaw that needs to be redesigned.

I have got two bands ( one from the original purchase with the Muse S , and one extra ), when using for a while then the first one didn’t cover three areas signal , I had changed it to use my second one . Signal had come on full again until now only the middle signal is on but not the other two . Same issues . What do I need to do ? I can’t buy another new band , it already cost me lots of money . I hope the Muse 2 doesn’t have this issue.

Ah putting the left and right sensors down near my ears helped. Thanks!

Thank you for your tipps. Could you explain to me please how to connect muse S with Bluetooth? I have an iPhone and Mac book and I can`t find anything.

Ursula Guldener I don’t think you can connect it directly to the mac book, but on your iPhone don’t pair it through the bluetooth settings. If you did, remove the pairing there first. Then load the muse app, it will connect to it automatically. For sending the data to your Macbook you could use an app called Mind Monitor on your iPhone which can send data through a protocol called OSC. You would have to create your own app on the receiving end though, but if you do scientific research that is probably the way to go.

After 3 weeks of pause, my muse s is barely catching any signal now.

Try applying water to the band and reattach the pod to the band.

Ear sensors do not work. Sending it back and getting a refund. Very frustrating and disappointing.
