I purchased a 2023 Range Rover Sport Autobiography P440e on September 1, 2023; I absolutely love it. You cannot tell when it switches between electric and gas. I purchased it in Pittsburgh, PA and drove it home with my bother to Houston; approximately 1,600 miles. It was fully charged when we picked it up and got an additional 27 miles plugged in at a hotel one night on a 110volt plug. Other than that, it was in gas mode. I achieved a little over 26 MPG over the trip; pretty incredible for a 6,000 lb SUV. When I take it to work, the round trip is 60 miles and it can complete the trip in full electric mode as long as I don't go over 77 miles per hour. It has amazing performance as well. The last time I looked, it was getting 87 miles per gallon as those trips are mostly to the office and back. So the stated range when fully charged at 60 miles and is true for me; way to go Range Rover. The build quality and the materials used in the Autobiography are spot on as well. The ride and drive of this SUV is like a big luxury vehicle. Even with the optional 23" rims, it rides so smooth and compliant; just awesome! It reminds me of my 1997 S420. That was an amazing vehicle; you could tell it was more hand build. I have had three (3) other S Class since that one (2006, 2013 and 2018) and none felt as detailed as that one did. All were great but that one was "SPECIAL". So if you do get one, the Autobiography is the one to go with due to the electric hybrid engine and the special interior details.
I love these cars and the 440e is just brilliant. I've driven the diesel, however the hybrid takes the car one step further. I'm in the process of ordering, however just waiting for the opportunity of an extended demo to fully understand the hybrid concept. I would like to know miles per kwh and miles gallon when running on petrol only. Very difficult to find that information. I noted Petrol Peds review of the Defender 110 400e when he was in the teens on French Autoroute!
Matt. Be rude of me not to comment! Hope You are well? What an iconic vehicle! Game changer! Nothing comes close in terms of performance, as in capabilities. One minute, Hampstead, the next a building site! And at weekends pulling a horse box! The spec on this one is spot on! Good to see " silver" diamond cut wheels, instead of specs black gloss. Have to totally agree, the rear is designed superbly. Minimalist and functional. And no ( German?) light bar! A very special piece of kit. And now for business user, easier on the tax! Happy accountants! Super efficient. The future powertrain for proper SUVs... Let's face it this "baby" isn't lightweight in any sense! Great review. Thank You. Did someone mention M2? 😂😂😂
Hi Keith, M2 is certainly on the cards, don't think we will see one until around June though :( so a bit longer to wait for one of those. Thanks, Matt.
You have to charge them at home all the time or you are driving around the batteries and electors motor affecting your petrol economy. The electric motor fills in turbo lag. You may as well get the top 510PE model. These are better than EV all electric as you can’t get stranded. The ICE internal combustion engine will get you home

We have an identical PHEV on our showroom floor. It’s a driving experience truly like no other.

Fake shill review.....didn't even charge it. A 120 volt socket takes 34 hours...LOL....
I hate reviews, when the reviewer is a fan of range rover, it will not be a fair balanced reviews.
