What is the file called?
I DONT WANT TO PAY JUST GIVE IT TO US FOR FREE
what program do you use for 3d modeling
@@ooze-gaming-vr5051 I want to start 3D modeling and your 3D modeling program seems pretty nice. Right now I'm using Onshape.
Redesign: Add an easier way to open from the front. As soon as you have three side by side the tabs on the middle set are useless.
Good call.. you can have two side by side and stack them as high as you like at the moment, but we are working on something that will make this even bigger 😀
or redesign the tab as a lever which sticks out the front and keep how it looks whilst having it accessible from the front? thatd look cool
Also make it compatible with gridfinity
Add a small handle with a cup/holder ontop. I tape one of the fitting/screw to the front so I know what's inside each eg a hook, screw, nail etc, saves me opening multiple containers to find what I want.

3D Printer ❌ Spaghetti Maker ✅
The 3d printing pain is real
only once you leave the room
Prusa is crappy :( and outdated
You have to watch over the 8 hour print 😭😭😭😭😭
There’s a reason these are typically clear when you buy them at the hardware store
Lmao, I mean, you can put a tag in each container instead.
Glue an example to the front.
@@spitfire83just put a label that can be removed so you can change what’s inside
@@AlwaysBolttheBirdor you could attach a whiteboard like surface so if you change anything in them you can erase the old and write on new label
@@VOLTRONDEFENDER4440 that works too. I just wouldn’t glue a part on personally
The one thing I’d say it’s missing is a flat spot on the front for a label
I would reprint it with clear so you can just see what's inside, then you don't have to relable it when you put something else in
Or just glue one of the objects stored in the drawers to the front - easier to read than a label
Make it gridfinity compatible
its seems so useless it doesn't need to be gridfinity compatible
@@Jakob127 I was being a bit tongue in cheek
❌ Proprietary
✅ Open source gridfinity
@@Jakob127 What makes you say it's useless?
@@Jakob127 you do realize most gridfinity items aren’t useful
You should consider adding labels 🤔📝
That design is so sick 😮
SHOVE THIS ON A GRIDFINITY YOU WILL BE A LEGEND IN MY EYES
Happy to see less wavey shakey camera work. Makes it nicer to watch
For some reason it looked like Lego at first
The first and best design you have been doing so far 👌
Very cool!
I like these they look so good and useful
For model railroaders, this is a great invention
Just need some kind of way to screw them together or to the wall/table to prevent them from falling forward. Otherwise, I’d actually buy something like this. I love the idea
They’ve got some wall mounting screws in the back just for this 😃 thanks for watching!! 🙌
you've changed. this is too useful and the stuff you post is getting more and more useful
Bro this is frigging good work .really cool I want to get into 3d printing .would you recommend an entry level printer.
One improvement you could make is a little handel.to.open the slide draws
These. Are. Amazing.
I will turn it into a gridfinity
Can you post your link when you do
Why put them behind a paywall?
Because they aren’t doing this for free
What application do you design these on?
Yeah I definitely need something like that.
Did you print it as one or did you print the draws separately and pause the layers to insert them while printing?
They print separately so it’s quick to print different colors, then just slide in 😃
I'd do clear instead of red for the drawers so you can see what's inside. Still pretty cool and I really like them.
200g each?! what are you doing, 100% infil?
The AMS
if walls are only like 2mm or something then its hard to have infill and also make the part not weak
@@lupusk9productions infil only affects empty spaces in between, increasing the wall count can sometimes fix that. A trick I like though if you use cura (I'm sure others can do this as well.. just not experienced with those) is resize a support blocker and change the per model settings for it to use "modify settings for overlaps"; make the base thick but thin walls or vise versa.
You should make it modular
finally something that looks usefull....
If they snap together i would love it so you can have a bunch together and not worry about them moving or tipping
A very practical mini storage box
Very good,🎉,when i have my 3d printer i must print these boxes,,😊
I love them, only need about 20!
That would be Great for Warhammer bits Too👍
I think you should do some a little bit bigger and use them to store your filaments and 3d print a cover for each drawer in the same color of the filament in the drawer that can snap on
Cool idea with the shipping containers… maybe do a bigger storage system based around shipping containers?
Just add a label frame on drawer front to write down name of the contents inside
Legitimately that is the best style of small parts storage draws I have ever seen. What inspired the design?
They look like they’re easy to knock over and cumbersome to use.
I was hoping you would have a graded filter in each drawer to automatically sort largest to smallest parts loaded in a hopper at the top
I need some of those
Man, a good container givea me the same primal satisfaction as finding a good stick or a cool rock.
I need these in my garage
These seem like the type of thing that should be free to be honest
I would have modeled a handle onto each drawer.
I so want this without the driver bits I build and fly fpv drones and am just getting into cad modeling but don't want to pay 2k a year with fusion 360
What 3D printer do you have?
Looks like a bambu x-carbon
What could be cool is making it compatible with the Gridfinity storage system.
I actually reconiz the program you use since in using it in summer camp
Sick design! Now what if there was a way to display what is in each compartment? Then when I forget after 30 seconds, I won’t have to open each drawer to check.
That's awesome
Model without bit storage, also of this could work on gridfiniti I’d be printing a thousand
May have overdone it with screwdriver bit capacity with multiple units.
It would be nice if the bins were fully removable from the stack
Redesign: make the bit holder modular/separate... I believe you are wasting filament on bit holders you keep printing more drawer-trios
You should augment the bottom to hold different things besides screw driver heads like spare sim cards
Just remember to label them
This is proper use of a 3d printer
Fr
Imho it's not. This is the perfect example for an injection mould if you want many of them. But if you just need a few or want to prototype, it's probably fine
@@gegessen159 since bins like that are available anyway its not really useful. unless he is really into this design
Every workshop needs drawers? Yeah it helps for sure 😂
What are you doing with the screwdriver bit 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
Bro is violating it 😭😭😭
They make storage bins like this but it's really cool the way you designed it
Reprint it with clear instead of red so you can see whats inside without opening it
It can already hold screws borrowed from the auntie, now can it hold eco friendly wood veneers, and galvanized square steel?
I could use it to sort mu lego pieces :D
You need a add a way to label it. Like a reusable label system.
Needs label slots
Nice
My spaghetti maker he says 😂😂
This guy should hook the print button to the printer so it actually starts printing when he hits it
The 99 Cents store was perfect for stuff like this! I bought a Nascar themed mini Craftsman tool box. The standup ones. It had 2 big drawers, 1 small one and 1 thin one. It was filled with candies.
I remember 99 cents sore always having wierd little nick naks that companies pay 3rd parties to slap a logo on.
Print a name plate space, or clear drawers
I LOVE free dee printing lol
I really do need a Spaghetti Maker in my life, so many cool trinkets await 😂
The bins need to be removable.
A flat spot on the front of the drawers would allow for stickers from a label maker
Ah yes, I love my spaghetti maker
Ive been using wago's so long that when i saw the new model i thoight they were fake offbrands lol. They are the best lever nut on the market
I’m being slowing being convinced I need a 3D printer….
As a seamstress with Alot of little pieces I would love to have a system like this
😂you call that spaghetti maker that print this Cool storage box👍. Thanks for sharing ❤
Should have made a spot to put labels on the containers
You can already buy those at a hardware store, they call them organizers
Looks easy to fill and a nightmare to access…
Ok now make it compatible with Gridfinity
i wish this model was free...
Upgrade to let you dump the parts up too and then auto sort into the correct drawers. 😂
i pressed the sub button with my nose
I would need way to many of these for it to be practical 😭
I swear one day, this guy is gonna 3d print a 5 story mansion with a pool out of plastic
Today, I 3d printed this it's just the word this
Idea, make bigger for stackable deck boxes for trading card games
What is the 3d modeling app he is using called?
I want these for random bs
idea: make a storage box to store your 3D printed items and M O R E tools
They've already solved this problem.
Wouldn't they need a handle on the front because if you open them from the sides and then you sandwich them in the middle of other things you can't really open them
Which software do you use to design?
Could you make it bigger for Lego parts
Add a flat spot on the front for lables
And where can I get the stl's ?
They make these, sold at home depot
Wall-E beat you to this
3.40 is really expensive for 3 tiny bins
