I could see most of the rebuilding process with the tear down, replacing the windings in the stator field, megger testing of the rotor and field, insulation of the field and stator. A very nice job with the connecting lugs and tagging. However, no final test unloaded/loaded on the generator as to current and voltage output?
I was wondering about this myself. As a retired Wacker Nueson generator technician I know it only takes one misplaced wire or cable to ruin a repaired stator or rotor. Thanks for your comment. Good day.

1. over painting for casing. not good but tollerable. remove all and repainting is good.
2. how long does you test run with full loads after renewal?
