That electric motor is gigantic.
I like this kind of work, this kind of work Needs knowledge, understanding,patience,fashion work to be done. I'am amazed the way you assembles rewind the motor thorough machine with precision,standard, and quality according to its specification design.Here in the Philippines its very different because i rewind it by hand using form windings coil.Its really hard and takes time to finish.

I work for Constellium muscle shoals and we have a few AC synchronous motors and Giant DC motors for rolling aluminum and I do the work on them and some reason watching tbem build these motors is so satisfying

А можно было за пару дней всей бригадой соорудить на коленке из палок и кала станок для намотки изоляции... Работало бы не так красиво, но в разы быстрее чем в ручную

I spent the first 5 years of my career testing and inspecting generator equipment. It is interesting but it got old after awhile. Long hours, workng weekends and holidays too.

Hi can you tell me what gases will be released if I heat motor winding?
(For rewinding purpose )
It depends on the materials used in the winding process, however none of the gases released are good to breath. From CO, CO2, Lead to highly toxic gases can be released during the process. Generally the more toxic gases will happen if you burn the old windings. In small motors you can heat them to 250-300 degrees F without producing the toxic gases and strip the old windings out of the core. It can be a little more work but much less toxic.@@SuperPatricluvyoutub
